I liked very much the apartment with everything that I needed and more, with very nice colors and decorations,, two balconies that I could see the sea from them. quiet close to the center of Kardamili and yet quiet. The host Sophia is like a Sun, radiating and good hearted and gave me special treatment and care. I would come gladly again.

It is unusual to find a 1-bedroom villa with own terrace and pool - but this is it!
Villa and its terrace have a view over Stoupa bay - up and down the coast - and to the mountains: beautiful.
Have breakfast or lunch on terrace with that view - sun yourself - cool off in the pool: perfect.
Bedroom had AC so was comfortable - we could sleep OK.
There was parking straight outside the villa, very convenient.
Gardens around the villa complex are well-kept and lovely.
Also we needed some local knowledge, and we got all the help we needed: thanks.

There was a big promenade around the port, and there were restaurants/bars and shops. There is a parking place too. The beach was not good for swimming. But it's in few minutes drive for great beaches like Stoupa, Kalogria and Foneas.

Stoupa, which is near, is more known however, Agios Nikolaos area is less busy in summer it seems, which is nice.
Loads of great restaurants and shops, and still only 10 mins from Stoupa beach (sandy beach)

Everything was perfect, better than expected, host was lovely, modern suites with all the amenities you need, we loved it so much we have booked to stay again , it is close to some very good tavernas and restaurants, easily accessible for Stoupa for a visit and especially Kardamyli, which is lovely, would highly recommend

A very atttactive small fishing village/resort with a relaxed vib. Good choice of tavernas, bars and shops, reasonably priced. Seems to have a considerable ex-pat community of various European nationalities. Some really atttactive recent buildings in traditional Mani style as the resort seems to slowly expanding. An hour and a half drive from Kalamata Airport. A good base from which to explore the peninsula.

It is a beautiful and tranquil village to stay. More peaceful than Stoupa, the neighbouring village, which is fancier and has some amazing tavernas ("Almiriki" and "Stoupa"). But you can go there on foot (a 50 min walk). A good place to stay if you want to explore Mani Peninsula by car. We loved our coffee place, which has a picturesque view of the port.
The apartment was a little haven of comfort and luxury which we enjoyed very much. Its proximity to the sea (although we didn't have too many occasions to go swimming because storm Daniel came along), its superb interior decoration, the perfect beds and pillows (I also highly appreciated having insect nets), being able to fall asleep on the sound of waves etc - we loved everything. There is no breakfast included in the stay but I recommend a nice spot nearby: cafe Kafenio.
This was by far our favorite stay in Greece. The location is absolutely gorgeous. The sunset view is stunning. We loved playing on the rocks in the backyard and visiting the small town down the road. Our host was so nice and made us feel right at home. The apartment had all the amenities for a top stay while providing a very unique, quiet location to enjoy Greece in a special way. We loved it and hope to visit again in the future.
Where to start? Stylish, spacious, comfy apartment in quintessential tiny fishing village. Huge balcony overlooking gorgeous harbor. Hosted by the sweetest lady, Olga who runs the very chic shop downstairs. Great vibes to entire endeavor. Clean, well-equipped, thoughtfully run. If you like the sound of a lullaby of waves lapping nearby (who doesn’t?) then this is for you. I would live here if I could, and will definitely book again!
Very well equipped, comfortable and clean properties. Excellent location - just a couple of minutes walk to the sea with views of it from the upper floor balcony, and a few minutes to the tavernas in Agios Nikolaos. Quiet, peaceful and totally relaxing. Great to have the place cleaned and bedding replaced every 3 days, and really weren’t expecting breakfast supplies to be provided- a nice surprise!
The apartment was clean and comfortable and is located in a good location. The property owner was very kind and gave us the benefit of her local knowledge. The apartment is located steps away from a beautiful taverna on the water. The town was very walkable and there is a dramatic walk from town to Stoupa alone the the rugged coast. We would most certainly stay here again.
I liked everything about this apartment hotel: location, exceptionally nice and attentive host, garden, views, atmosphere, the whole setting! This place just invites you to stay outside as you can hang out at your own terrace, wander in the magnificent garden or go down to the rocks for sunbathing and swimming. I will definitely go back to this place next year!
Spacious, modern and new bungalows about 100 meters from the sea and not very much further from the restaurants of Agios Nikolaos. Very well equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Very quiet, good wifi, parking along the street. As there is no reception you have to arrange a time of arrival with the friendly host to get the keys.
We absolutely love Selinitsa. It is the most welcoming friendly guesthouse you can imagine and is in the most perfect location right on the waterfront overlooking the old port. All the bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. Breakfasts are lovely and they serve the best coffee in Agios Nikolaos! We can't wait to return... thank you.
We loved everything. The staff was the best. We did all of the suggested beaches and restaurants; we were not disappointed. We ate at the hotel 5 of the 6 mornings and it was very enjoyable. Maria is a wonderful host! Rita constantly has a smile on her face..there’s nothing that they won’t do for you! We would love to visit again.
Simple, beautiful, clean rooms, comfy beds, small balcony with sea and garden view, peaceful garden with hammocks and a very polite and hospitable owner. Quiet environment, very close to Pantazi beach and Agios Nikolaos seaside village where you can enjoy delicious food, traditional delicacies and stock up your fridge.
Very well located on the lovely and lively port of Agios Nikolaos. The room comes with a kitchen and a large bathroom with all the amenities needed, lovely balcony for breakfast. Sophia has a shop downstairs with lovely clothes and accessories. She’s an adorable and generous person. I highly recommend staying there.
The Calme Suites are charming, clean and cozy. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the restaurants in the center of the village. There is a small kitchen in the suite if you want to cook. In about 10 minutes, you can walk to Pantazi beach. The Calme Suites staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Perfect 2-level apartment with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs and kitchen/living room/sleeping area downstairs. Everything was new and clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat for Agios Nikolaos as it's right in the village, on the sea and near restaurants and the marina.
Super clean, small apartments in a quiet corner of Agios Nikolaos. In easy walking distance of tavernas and bars and an excellent deep water swimming platform. Friendly and informative Yiota is a great hostess without being too intrusive.
