Our favourite place to have ann ice cream was at Giancomos, for dinner I highly recommend Yiannis Taverna and Vergina 2 Taverna and Pizza at Mafioso. To trave around you only need to buy bus tickets from shops and bus is every half an hour. I recommend to go with Klavos agency in excursions, are affordable and you can see many places.

Nice area, exactly half way between both airports. Not many restaurants in walking distance but a short 10-15 min cab journey gives you some great restaurants. Cavo, Prima Plora and 7 Thalasyes were our favourites

Adelianos Kambos is an easy place to get around being mostly one long street with tavernas, bars, cafes, supermarkets and other shops, together with hotels and apartment blocks. We especially liked Ellinikon traditional taverna which was on the opposite side of the road from Yiannis Apartments where we stayed. Also Sirocco cafe/bar/restaurant situated on the beach itself, surprisingly good for a beach place.

It is a very nice area that is along the sea.
It is a very nice area that is along the sea. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurant every few meters. It is really area made for tourists so everything is designed to make the stay of tourists as pleasant as possible. Prices to attractions seems to be standardize as well as taxis. You know what you will pay and you will get. People are really friendly and will try very hard to help you. In general, they have pride producing good products or providing good services. I would recommend renting a car as the bus and even the organized expeditions does not bring to every beauty of the island. The bus is quite expensive compared to Central Europe 1.2 Euro a simple ticket to the next city and 7 euros to Heraklion. The area is well situated as it is along the main road that joins every part of the island.

We have appreciated our stay at that yanni's villa very much. That was perfect for us. The villa is very well kept. The landlord was very helpful. Everything is done to make our vacation easy.
It is easy with a car to drive around Adelianos kampos and get to Rethymnon and the north coast of Crete.

Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean. They change sheets dailywise. But you have to ask them to refill the coffee packs for you otherwise they ignore or forget. Sea beach nice for walking and seafront verygood to take photos.

The place was perfect, hotel was clean and big, stuff was friendly and kind, there were two pools and a lot of sun-beds in the chill zone. Catering was delicious and varied each day. We have “all-inclusive” and it was our best decision. Sea is near, only 5 min walking. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our vocation and hope we’ll return next summer. Thank you, Hotel Adel Paradise, one more time, for this awesome stay!
The room is very spacious with 3 beds that can be arranged into 1 large bed and a smaller one. The room is very regularly cleaned. The hosts left a bottle vine and fruits for us. The room has a small kitchen and bathroom. The sea is just behind the apartment house . And the color of the sea is gorgeous. The apartment house is situated in the main road of Crete so that you can reach all the attractions by bus (every 30 minutes) or by car following this road.
Great place to stay, though a little hard to find. You’ll know you’re close when you are driving on a small road through an olive farm. That’s part of the beauty of Crete though. Explore the island and drive from Carme Villas to the Caves Matala. Stunning views and a great road trip. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great, and Crete is one of those bucket list places to see. I hated olives all my life, then I tried Crete olives. Magnificent.
All was perfect - location near the sea and not far from Rethymno city. Nice renovated room, view from the balcony etc.
But best of all was Cretan kitchen. Supper in hotel restaurant was rich (a large number of traditional local dishes). Where else could you have tried them all :) And it was all included in the price

Adelhome was pristine and had all the amenities we needed. It was super clean and the views were stunning. It was great to wake up to such beauty every morning. The apartment was perfectly located to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. If you hire a car the apartment is has private parking and is close to the highway. Adelhome is the perfect place to stay in Crete. We had a great time.
The best part is the location and the service. Right in the centre of Adelianos Kampos with all the tavernas, restaurants and places for chilling like mini golf, mini football, karaoke and a lot of other. And the service is on the highest level, everyone was so friendly and caring!! Really enjoyed staying in Adele Riva 🥰

The hotel is beautiful and designed to make you feel your vacation in your veins. The room was cleaned daily and the food is good. The main pool is big and clean and the two other pools are nice as well. The workers was kind and always smiling and willing to help. We enjoyed our time at the hotel very much.
We had a comfortable big two bedroom apartment, quiet and very clean, with excellent silent air conditioning in each room. Hotel staff very professional and friendly , food was different each day and tasty, clean warm pool. There are a wonderful lagune and entertainment center for children nearby.
Our room 302 was absolutely beautiful. We had a view of the sea and swimming pool.l 😍 The hotel was stunning and very clean. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was one of my favourite times food was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here if you go to Crete.
The hotel location is excellent, near the beach, two local supermarkets and many restaurants. Quite rich breakfast and overall good value for money. Although slightly 'tired' the facilities are very well maintained and all the staff is SUPERB. The pool bar is a big plus.
