Fantastic hosts. Arranged for pick up and drop off to the railway and also found me the mini van for Mestia. Michael (speaks some English) also called a taxi for me to get into the centre. Room and bathroom are really big and also has a small table to do some work from. Communication was great. A good 15-20 minute walk to the centre if you're up for it. The location is a little far from the centre if you don't like to walk (and also if its really hot) but a taxi only costs around 1 euro to the centre and takes only a couple of minutes. There is a small restaurant at the front entrance before the entrance to the apartment, if you want some Georgian food. I didn't eat there but there were always locals there eating which is always a good sign. A small supermarket is about a 5 minute walk up the road and stays open until midnight which was convenient.The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Great value for money in Zugdidi.

Promoted as 5 stars but appalling customer service. stayed 1 Wednesday night on 4 floor. From 7pm music from a party in restaurant on second floor. started. By 10 o clock it was deafening. The hotel has an open staircase and the noise easily travelled up and through the building. it was ridiculously loud. Going to Reception and complaint had to shout to be heard. However they didn’t care - the restaurant had been booked until 11pm. Despite the fact only around 10 people were in the room the whole hotel had to wait for them to finish.
