The location was not bad. The breakfast was ok. We stayed there for five nights and I paid for the breakfast for five days. I asked her to refund last day, because our train was before the breakfast and the lady (owner) told me that she will give it back, but on the last day of our leave it appeared that she couldn’t because she was not in charge of the breakfast deal and unfortunately I couldn’t get back the money, because I was running out of time. But I asked her to clean the room every day and they were cleaning.

We visited the hotel in 2024 for One Republic concert and we could not be happier with our choice of the hotel. The staff and management are very attentive to every small inquiry. Cheers to David from staff and to Nico, the owner. They helped, they supported with everything during our short stay!
The hotel was clean, well kept in a modern style and very close to the sea. We could not get a taxi back from the concert and owner himself came to our rescue at night, this is not something to forget! They were amazing!

It is an ugly place with dirty beaches. The city does not suggest you anything more. I know that there are people who go there for sand beaches, anyway, they were so dirty that it is difficult to enjoy. Have been there for 4 days, will never go again.

Sandy beaches are few in Georgia, as I am told. Ureki boasts "magnetic sand," a supposed cure for all kinds of maladies. Unfortunately, the old infrastructure, narrow road, lack of parking and sidewalks, as well as litter makes things feel a little not taken care of.
Our children loved playing in the sand, swimming in the shallow sea, and enjoying time away from city-life. Lifeguards on patrol added to the feeling that it was a safe place.

especially to those who have little kids to take there for the purpose of sand baths. There is high probability of getting the serious inspection to your kids. That's what happened to me.

location - was the best. weather is better then in Batumi more Suny and warm days.
rooms- is clean. towels,bedsheets- clean,nice to use.
for famili rest it's the best choise.
frandly and halpfull staf with profesional host will make your stay more comfortable.

Ureki is extremely busy and crowded with tourists in summer. Unfortunately, this leaves the beach and water very dirty. Local tourists love it for the supposedly healing properties of magnetic black sand. The town is very tacky and everything is made for cheap tourism. No culture or even esthetics to a place. You’re better off going to some smaller place nearby. Restaurants are better and cheaper on the third street from the beach. Camping ground is right in the middle of the town, so not much nature.
Very nice place. Extremely close to the beach (which is a very good advantage). Also this hotel has a unique quality in Ureki: it has the only restaurant in Ureki where you can eat supper without the loud and disturbing disco music that people are forced to suffer in every other reataurant in Ureki. Please continue. People like to enjoy a calm meal in the evening. An advice to all tourists: even if you are not staying at the hotel, I recommend you come to its restaurant to enjoy a peaceful meal.

The food is amazing! the surrounding area is clean, with local stores in walking distance. hotel has two dogs, that will welcome you and act like they are keeping you safe.

Shota is an amazing host! He speaks fluent english and gave as tons of recommendations on basically everything - from georgian food tips to things to do in/around Ureki.
The outside bar area of the hotel is also nice to hang out, complete with a fully stocked bar, relaxed music and cute cats to watch :) We were also allowed to use the industrial kitchen to make food, which was great.
The best family hotel with lovely owners, where you can spend time in summer. you need only 5 minutes to walk to the sea and its about 10 minutes walk to the children's park where is a various entertainment machines for children.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in July. It’s a cozy and clean apartment equipped with all necessary things. The building itself is close to the beach and there are markets, restaurants and bakeries around the place. Nataliya is amazing host with helpful tips how to best explore Ureki and nearby places.
I really enjoyed the food and staff is very helpful!!! Nice viev from the balcony and distance from hotel to the beach is very useful when you want to spend most of the time enjoing sea side. I would like to give 10/10 for the recepcionist guy. He was always there when needed!!!! Best place and staff ever!!
Great location, nice hotel with yard, dinning area outdoors was great. The room was very clean. Decent pool. Bar area. Small, but nice balcony. Super chill host. The view is nice also. Hot water functioning perfectly. Basically I liked everything.
