Breakfast was served on a beautiful quiet terrace. A variety of home made local dishes was served by the hostess and everything was homemade and delicious! I loved my stay is this beautiful cozy space. I felt very homely and safe there as i was a solo traveller. I would recommend everybody to stay here. I am listing out few of the many things i loved.
1) First and most important. The host is lovely. She was there to help me throughout with her welcoming and loving smile.
2) the room is super clean with chic and cozy interior.
3) food - i have no words to describe how perfect it was. I even packed some food on my way back.
4) location is right next to church. You can visit all tourist attractions walking.
Overall, the best stay in Georgia… if i visit Georgia again i will rebook this place 100%

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure).
upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

Mtskheta can be seen in a day. I stayed for a week due to personal reasons. It's a nice quiet place, with little distraction so I was able to focus on my work. Lovely little town, exceptionally touristy. Very little to do especially in Winter. Truly beautiful, can walk down to the river or around the church, the mountains in the distance are lovely. Hiking trails and nature nearby. Pedestrian-friendly.

pure nature, peaceful and quiet small town just 20 min from Tbilisi, just pay one lari and get there by minibus. enjoy the rivers and mountains all around the town, no traffic, no rush , no crowd. I love this city and sure will visit next time when in Georgia.

The cathedral area and monastery were great - nicely planned tourist area around the Cathedral- which is exceptional and amazing, with lovely choir 9-11am and 4-6pm service. The ancient ness is remarkable.
the Abbey monastery opposite a must - for the kings and home of St Nino and lovely nuns whoa re chatting and engaging. A tranquil and affirming place, that is easy to roam and not too busy. Slightly short of good food places - the chamber of wine nice enough but not a knock out restaurant, with laid back service.
Fabulous guesthouse with friendly helpful owner (Natalia). Large modern bedroom with huge very comfortable bed. Excellent clean private bathroom. Lots of storage space and electric sockets. Good lighting. Adjacent balcony with great view of river. Good communal kitchen with fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. Good effective air conditioning unit in bedroom.

It’s my second time in Mtskheta and i was little late and I made a sudden booking at this property. And everything went so smooth, we even did a cooking for our dinner. The kitchen has everything for cooking. and the room is clean, they even provide the smart tv for some entertainment.
And also, the location is just few steps away from the Old Mtskheta, which one of the main attractions here.
Will definitely be back to this place again next time.
I have stayed in over 50 Air BnB an Bookings locations. Nino, the hostess, is outstanding in terms of caring for the guests. The went out of her way to make us comfortable. Nino spent over an hour to prepare a most delicious breakfast. The view from the patio - Georgia's main cathedral and a 6th century church on a cliff - are unbelievable. A dog, a cat, a garden - I should have booked a longer stay.
It was a very helpful family, very nice and loving, the house was very clean and close to everything, the breakfast was very delicious and varied, it was one of the best families that hosted us in Georgia, they were very welcoming, helpful and very nice, I can't express how much I love them ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The room was very clean, comfortable, with a jacuzzi and a veranda. On the first floor is the cutest cafe with an amazing interior. The staff is very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place
The host lady's excellent! The homemade breakfast's definitely a 10 (if adding a freshly squeezed juice, it would be 10+)! It is really close to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The morning walk around Mtskheta was delightful.
