Fantastic long, wide runs and, mostly, quality modern lifts. There was lots of snow for late season skiing and plenty of off-piste opportunities. Food and drinks are are reasonably priced and good quality. Local people seem friendly and there is an interesting mix of nationalities on the slopes.

This was our second year of skiing in Gudauri. It is one of the best ski resorts in the Caucasus. Since there are ski lifts on different levels and sides of the mountain it is possible to enjoy skiing in various weather conditions.

NEW Gudauri is the place to be for ski and snowboard adventure. You cannot get any closer then this. Rate of pass and rent versus what you get is more than okay. The pistes are very nice and talented or not talented; you will find your match. There is also possibility to parachute gliding or snowscooter rental. Many bars and restaurants with affordable pricing.

It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers!
It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers! the slopes are great, all very well connected to each other with different ski lifts. The slopes are south looking mostly and you have the sun all the time. There are wonderful places to eat and enjoy the lounge situations in the snow on the amazing 2500m altitude slopes.
Slopes reach about 3000 meters, so snow is good.
The apartment is 100% consistent with description and photos given on Booking.com. It is very convenient, spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located just down the ski slopes, in the centre of New Gudauri, with stunning mountain view and very close to restaurants and shops. The building Loft 2 is a newly finished apart-hotel with 24hrs reception regular staff and ski depot, but on top of that Kote, the owner of this particular apartment, also takes care of his guests and is very communicative and helpful. All in all, fully recommended!
I would say the best views which you cant find any other hotel .
Own bar abd restras .For indians they have a nearby Indian restras name like habibi and food is very authentic there .
Staff knows english (this is must in georgia to see wheteher staff knows english or not).
Overall 10/10 without any single conplaint and obviously you hve keep in mind that you are in mountains so carry a pest killer spray with you because if you open balcony in night with light inside your room you will get mosquitos fly in your room .
Flat was located 8min walk up to nearest ski lift and was super quite during night time, no PUBS or Restaurants in the Building. Everything was in the flat even Washing-machine
However if I have to compere Gudauri to Austria, France, Italy ski resorts I will give max 4 out of 10.
Flights are expensive and if you are traveling 3-4 persons then cheaper and MUCH better experience you will find in Alps. BUT Free ride is only thing what i did like in Gudauri ski resort

Okay, so first off it’s the only hotel that I’ve stayed in Georgia that has bidet, and I was so happy. If you’re from UAE then you know what I mean😂😂 Next, they gave me free room upgrade! Idk why but maybe because it’s Christmas? hahaha well, thank you so much I had a great time spending my “me time” outside the balcony because the view was stunning! The foods for dinner and bfast was perfect , there’s lots of choices and 1 night was really not enough. I hoped I stayed there longer.
The Gudauri Loft is located right on the lower piste of the Gudauri ski resort, with a pool, spa and restaurant on the top floor overlooking the mountains and pistes. In general, one gets quite what is advertised here on the site - great location, great amenities, clean and well equipped rooms, though with Georgian characteristics. Service is a a little chaotic, sometimes you get drinks only after you finish your food, room cards randomly stop working ... Wifi is great though.
We had an amazing stay at House of the Sun! The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the family that run it are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the best part was the delicious & authentic home cooked Georgian food we got every day for breakfast and dinner. We got to try all sorts of things we never would have known to order at restaurants, and the menu was different every day. Comfortable beds, hot shower, and good wifi. One of my favorite guesthouses I've ever stayed at!

But for this one I have to. They welcomed very well, room was great for the price and nice view too with a balcony.
All kitchenette facility was available for a personal cooking and reheating.
The best part the staff were amazing and very helpful, one of the most pleasing ppl we meet in Georgia.

The appartment is very nice. The location is very central in New Gudauri and close to all facilitys as well as the Ski resort. The view from the room and balcony is amazing. I can only recommend to book this apartment for Ski vacations in Gudauri. The host was very nice. Handing over the keys and responding to questions was fast, friendly and professional.
This is a family run hotel and you immediately feel the warmth when you enter. Magda and her family made sure our stay was amazing. We dined at the their restaurant for dinner and were absolutely amazed by the food. The place is very close to the ski resorts. Highly recommended!
the hotel is just a few minutes drive from the main ski areas of mid and new Gudauri with a shuttle taxi service offered each morning & afternoon. There was a good range of food at breakfast and dinner. The hot tub on the roof was a fun added extra and definitely worth booking.

Great location straight to the slopes, very reasonable prices for ski rental, clean hotel with good wine selection. Its a great hotel to learn skiing in a safe and friendly environment. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, in the main.
If you want to see how Georgian hospitality looks like, you will be on the right place. Marina and Vasilij treated us as a family. The room was spacious. Hotel is next to the lift. Food is delicious.
Comparing to the hotels in Gudauri this is the best one, I’m giving it 9 out of 10 because the rooms wasn’t that clean and there was no shattaf in the toilet :)
