Elena was so helpful and the most important person running the hotel. She is a wine expert and gave us a highly detailed personal tour of the on-premise wine cellar and helped make our stay overall more comfortable. The location and atmosphere of the hotel was great, tranquil, and enjoyable. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. Overall, no compliants. We are so glad to have spent a few days there and highly recommend it.

Territory of the hotel is very nice and clean. Excellent Staff. I like the design of the house where we live and everything is controlled from remote (for example curtains)
