Very beautiful, the sea and beaches amazing.

Very beautiful, the sea and beaches amazing. Just could watch all day. Lovely busy village, nearly all the shops were open. Nice to see. Parked up and didn't use the car for the week. Used the bus to go to Penzance. Very good bus service, better than Bristol buses, sorry to say.

St Ives is just the perfect place, feels like coming home!

St Ives is just the perfect place, feels like coming home! The beaches are like no other in the UK, Fabulous food, friendly people, very dog friendly Just a magical little town! We have been visiting for 40 years from a child to bringing my own son and will continue to be our favourite place! If you’re new to St ives only thing I would say is school holidays it’s a different place (it’s a small town so gets very busy!) if you can visit out of season you get the best version! We have just had two days in December ahead of Christmas and it was perfect!

Had a fabulous time in St Ives.

Had a fabulous time in St Ives. Had never been to Cornwall before. My best friend from School, and her husband live in St Ives and we spent 3days with them. The Harbour hotel and Spa was warm and welcoming. We had a fabulous meal at “The Source” in St Ives. Such wonderfully fresh seafood. Highly recommend.

Love St Ives and know it quite well.

Love St Ives and know it quite well. Ate well at Arbor and St Eia cafe. Tate St Ives was excellent as usual. Supper at Gurnards Head a few miles away was fabulous. Lovely walks out west from Porthmeor Beach. Perfect place to potter around the lanes discovering galleries & quirky shops.

St Ives is so fascinating with its wealth of small, interesting shops that we walked down to it on several occasions, strolling right along past several beaches along the cliff path. As we were fortunate enough to have a garage, we left the car most days and, when not walking, took the bus to St Just and to Truro. We had a couple of excellent Fish and Cip meals in the Fish and Chip shops along the front and slightly up the hill towards the end of the front.

The staff were rude and unaccommodating spread a family of 11 in 4.rooms from 1 corner of the hotel to the other when I said we booked as a family we wanted to stay in rooms close to one another the duty manager was being sarcastic and said should I start reorganising the hotel set up according to your needs I didn't want to argue with him and spoil my trip which was half spoiled anyway by them

The location was amazing. The hotel was lovely, clean, and had great facilities. The room felt luxurious. We had bottles of water in rooms provided, and the bathroom had toiletries, which smelt amazing. Robes and slippers provided for the spa. Mini bar if needed. The food was tasty. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great staff who were both helpful and friendly. The accommodation was both well thought out and quirky but in a warm and inviting way. Great that off season that you can use the facilities including the spa at The fabulous Carbis Bay Hotel.

Absolutely Beautiful and lived up to its reputation. Small and boutique feel with 5* experience. Spa was excellent too. Location was wonderful and easy 3 minute train round the bay to St Ives.
