Arrived to find somebody else’s name on my booking with my telephone and email this is data breach
Half an hour later managed to get a room the following morning went for breakfast to be shouted at by the chef because I have a nut and fish ology and called she we had to leave without eating any food it was appalling. It was like meeting Gordon Ramsay but I was the target.

The room was comfortable, a good size, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The reception were available for a later check-in, which was very helpful.
The location was just close enough to drive to Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. If we had stayed for longer, I would have used the spa also.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, very handy for the Crematorium for my father's ash scattering. Pleasant grounds, easy parking. The windows keep out the sound of the nearby motorway traffic.
