Beadnell Towers is a lovely hotel. The interior design is high end. Wonderful toiletries are supplied along with water, chocolate and shortbread. We were in the Coach house which is a few steps from the main part of the hotel. Apart from dawn chorus from the noisy crows it was very peaceful. The breakfast was very good - cold fruit, cereals, pastries, cheeses and ham, followed by a menu of hot food. The cooked breakfast was delicious using local produce and non-greasy.

My expectations were rather low as the room is reached by a fire escape at the back of the building. However, inside all was smart, clean and well-maintained. The room was small but adequate, with tea, coffee and somewhere to hang clothes. The bathroom was bright and clean.
