Located in a quiet rural location on the edge of a small village . The room was large and very comfortable; the bed exceptionally so. The receptionist who booked us in was charming and friendly. It had a relaxed luxurious charm without being stuffy. Food at the restaurant was outstanding : beautifully presented and delicious. Again the staff were exceptional.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Sophia, the landlord, made me feel very welcome and I would happily stay there again. Any issues were sorted out as soon as possible. The atmosphere in the pub was great too.

Pershore is a lovely market town in the Vale of Evesham. The River Avon runs along the edge of the town and some lovely walks can be had to villages around. The Abbey is beautiful within its grounds. Enough shops and cafes for a day out or a weekend stay.

We enjoyed walking around Pershore it has some lovely shops and an Abbey worth visiting.
It also is right on the river so had we had time and better weather we would have had a walk along the tow path.

Pershore is an absolute joy.
Pershore is an absolute joy.
We were fortunate enough to finally meet up with friends of my wife, Trudy, Andy and Pickles & Teddy the dogs, who were the very bests of hosts you could ever wish for - They showed us the real treasures of the area especially the glorious abbey in Pershore itself.
There is so much to see and do in a fabulous part of the country and if you are looking for somewhere special to eat or drink then The star Inn offers the very best of quality from Bruce the owner.
A real treasure in a busy world.

I didn’t have much time to see Pershore itself, but there was a written walk of places of interest in my accommodation, with photos, which I read, and I was only sorry that I didn’t have more time in Pershore itself.

Very friendly shop owners due to the busy high street with good individual shops, plenty of coffee shops and good pub called The angel .
This pub offers events which I attended and good food.
This high street is busy on a Saturday and closed on Sundays like times gone by.
The hotel dates back to Tudor times and there is a wall painting from that period in the foyer. Our room was fresh and with old mod cons, at the back of the building, overlooking a series of small gardens. It was very quiet with good blackout curtain. The room was beautifully decorated in keeping with the wooden beams. Staff were attentive, friendly and as we are Covid wary, served us with breakfast in our room. The hotel has a temperature check at check in and staff actually wear masks as opposed to draping them under their chins. Lovely.
Woodlands is situated at the end of the main street in Pershore - there are lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from for an evening meal, all within walking distance.
The owners are lovely, very friendly and keen to help. This is the second time we've stayed and would definitely make a third visit.
Breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating with what we wanted.
The room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfy bed and, on this occasion an enormous bathroom with a glorious roll top bath!
Warm and friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and far exceeded expectations. Breakfast was amazingly yummy, and cooked to perfection. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jack and team. But do have to give a special thank you to the lovely lady who welcomed us at breakfast - you are amazing! If we’re in the beautiful are in beautiful area of Pershore again, we will certainly be back
The price was very good for the location which was on the very edge of the main area of Pershaw town. The breakfast offered was a full English (well cooked) with tea or coffee and cereal and fruit juice before if wanted. The room was adequate but good for the price. The shower was powerful and the water very hot. The room was not noisy which we were pleased to find out. We ate in the restaurant and we though it very good; my husband thought his meal excellent.
Being upgraded. I considered exiting hotel when shown the room I was allocated and to add there was a high pitched sound at intervals. Manager very good about finding alternate rooms [had to vacate after first night but that was alright as the second room was even better. Was amazed to find a wonderful meadow and the river Avon. This was a complete surprise and lovely.
Mark and Julie are amazing! They were super friendly and welcomed us for our stay, and remembered our names the next day! Breakfast was great, and the room nice and clean with comfortable furnishings. Great shower! I regret we were only there for one night, and wish we had more time. Will absolutely come back if we're in the area again
Beautiful. Best place we stayed during our month long trip. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well decorated. The common areas were also great. Wonderful view in the dining room. Truly picturesque. The owner was great. Let us use her kitchen, very helpful regarding places to eat, cooked a great breakfast, etc.
The hotel was very nice, the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was very good and well worth the money. The food overall is very good. The rooms we had were very good with plenty of space the bed was comfortable.this hotel is not to be missed it is a little gem.
Location great...just get the bus up the road into town and just out of the hotel lovely countryside. Very nice receptionists! We also got an upgrade and stayed in the main building which was probably much nicer than the separate accommodations.
Really lovely hotel in Pershore - reception by staff was fantastic and incredibly accommodating. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and the food was great. Very conveniently located as well for our weekend trip to the Abbey.
very quiet, nice outlook of the garden. hosts Fran and Keith were very helpful and friendly. breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and plentiful. Property is slightly easy to find, not in the centre of Pershore but very near.
The hotel's presenetation was stunning. The location was exactly right and the local amenities were very good also (went for an evening meal at a local pub).
