Susan was a lovely host. The pub is charming with a nice feel and lots of locals in. Breakfast was great, plenty of it, good choice, cooked to order. Its an old building but a real value for money Inn.

Nicely refurbished pub/bed & breakfast facility. Really great beers on tap at low prices that we Londoners could not comprehend. Excellent staff and very friendly locals sharing the bar with us.
The breakfast was local produce, high quality, and nothing was too much trouble for four of us all with different requests.

Excellent little find. Was working in the area and needed a place to stay for the night. The owners were really helpful and friendly. Was given a cup of tea and cake on arrival. The room was very clean and spacious with everything in I needed. Would definitely stay here again when working in the area.

I chose Kington Accommodation as I know the location and wanted a walker friendly place to stay. I'll add that I was walking the long distance Mortimer Trail, from Ludlow to Kington in one day, hence the walker friendly aspect being important to me. The trail is a full day's walking and I realised I would be arriving an hour or so past my estimated arrival time and was able to contact the owners to let them know my new arrival time. They were really supportive and that was really good to hear at the time. I was given a friendly welcome on check-in and shown to my room. There is a large well equipped kitchen on site with complimentary tea / coffee and biscuits. Perfect for a well earned end of day cuppa! My spacious room was perfect with access to a super shower with all towels provided, The double bed was really comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was self-service with real coffee, fruit juice, yoghurt and fruit , cereal and toast. A perfect start to the day. I was sad to check out and could have quite happily spent another day or two in lovely Kington.
Charming little village ideally placed for visits to this...
Charming little village ideally placed for visits to this part of Wales. Sadly, the Radnor Arms is now closed (August 19) but the local shop, Esco, is still hanging on. There is also a community hub which is worth exploring.
