Comfortable room with a good view. Continental breakfast always had plenty of choices. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of off road parking. James is a fantastic host, he is very friendly and has great knowledge of Scottish history. The house is in a very quiet area overlooking the loch, and just a few minutes walking from the Tallisker distillery and The Old Inn, a great pub. We stayed 2 nights - the room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. We can recommend staying at James' s house and hope to co me back one day. Thank you!

What an amazing place to explore!
What an amazing place to explore! We were there for two full days but really should have booked for longer. From the Old Man of Storr to Neist Point down to the Fairy Pools and Loch Coruisk - there is so much to see and explore! One amazing find for us was the Dunvegan Hotel restaurant!! What an unexpected surprise! The food is not your typical fare and it is amazing. The setting is lovely with a fireplace and a cozy feel to the dining area. The service is excellent! We luckily were able to book to go back for the very next evening which meant we got to try different things from the menus and get impressed all over again! The Dunvegan Hotel restaurant is truly a hidden gem!!
