The reception was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and friendly , accommodated an early check in as I was going into Cardiff, couldn't have been more helpful. Bar was great on return to hotel, and stayed for lunch the next day which just hit the spot before a very long journey.again the staff service couldn't have been better.

Food was amazing! All the staff were friendly and all spoke. The hotel and restaurant is dog friendly which is so helpful to pet owners.
