Wonderful hosts made us feel very welcome. Room was very spacious with a huge bathroom. Very comfortable place to stay and we loved seeing the sheep right outside. Highly recommended.

Hotel is lovely, on the Loch shore. Staff worked hard and were friendly and welcoming. Need to drive either direction for activities. Quiet. Room good. Enjoyed the classical music played over dinner. Breakfast good. See comment re veggie dinner....clarify with hotel about what would be provided or may be disappointed. Portions small but adequate. Fine dining style. Several bite sized intermediate tasting courses were good.

Last minute booking for this hotel following an awful stay at another place in Gairloch. The Millcroft turned out to be a great wee place to stay. Rooms where modern, spacious, clean, and had everything needed. Great shower, and comfy bed with a quiet nights sleep. Great location, with very helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and made to order. Both the hotel manager and all his staff couldn't be happier to help and offer assistance. Great vibe at the bar too. For the price and rating I would say this is easily one of the best options in the area to stay. This hotel actually had working TVs in the rooms, with good wifi, and nice views out of all the windows. Only a 2 minute walk to the waters edge, and a much nicer bar than other hotels around. It is also only a 5 minute walk up to the town area to get use of the local shops and cafe. This hotel was the saving grace of our trip, would definitely come back.
