We were early (8 am) because of the ferry. After a large breakfast, they let us in at 11 am to an upgraded room as it was ready. Check-in is usually 1 pm.

Location was superb, right on the beach and just a 5 min bus ride into St Helier city centre, so great value for money. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and Roy was a star, we got his sense of humour 😁. Would definitely return to this hotel.
