Ideal for us as a one night stop over. Good information on directions and access information was provided before travel.
The unit was clean and spacious. If stopping longer we would have made use of the log burner. There was an outside seating area, easy parking directly outside the unit and a good range of utensils in the kitchen. Crumpets left for arrival along with tea coffee and milk in the fridge

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious with good facilities.
Breakfast and evening meals were great and very good value.

After EasyJet let me down and dumped me at Manchester Airport after all the trains had finished (20:45) I decided to stay overnight. I took a taxi off the rank, it cost £13.50. There was nobody in reception, so I phoned. When the guy showed up I was not expected, nobody checks for new bookings at that time of night. But there was a room, it was very spacious, very clean and very comfy with ample hot water. So no complaints. It's attached to a pub where Robinsons ales are served. V good. Breakfast.... I told them I was in a hurry and sure enough it arrived quickly, the Full English was ample and for once the tea was strong. I had asked Reception to order a taxi and it arrived on the dot.
