Location, outdoor space to eat with friends who are immunosuppressed, decor of rooms, coffee machine in room, old mill features left as features .
I queried in advance the discrepancies between allergens marked on menu and the allergen list. On arrival the staff member remembered the conversation and had acted by notifying head office.
Last year we came for lunch only, and I feel that the set lunch menu is better now than last year..more interesting choices.

Very welcoming & friendly staff and a location that could not be more convenient for the railway station (and was not noisy). The room was spacious, light & airy with good storage and an extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom and shower. There has clearly been a lot of thought put into the renovation and the attention to detail shows.

Beautiful place and an absolute steal. We stayed in a manor deluxe room and it was beautiful. We went for Father's Day and they had a fayre on which was unexpected but lovely. Sun was out too so we sat in the grounds relaxing all day. Breakfast was delicious as was the afternoon tea.

It was our first night away since having our baby 6 months ago and it was like being at home, it was so quite and cosy and had a very good night's sleep. Even the baby loved it. She loved the loft windows and the trees. We had everything we needed, breakfast was nice and had a few option's.

The Guesthouse is actually in Leonard Stanley, not Frocester. We didn't see much of it as were there for a weekend event at the Woodchester Mansion, but the whole area is lovely. We plan to go back for a walking weekend, to see the various long barrows and properly explore Woodchester Park.

Welcoming and friendly staff who made my week long stay very enjoyable. The room had everything I could have wished for and was very clean. When the temperature started to rise during one of the hottest week's of Summer a fan appeared without being requested. The menus for both the restaurant and bar are extensive and imaginative and the breakfast is amazing. If in the area again this will be my first choice for both accommodation and food and have already recommended to others
