Beautiful setting close to the beach. Check in and out was easy and staff very friendly. The room itself was lovely, very clean with good facilities and a very comfortable bed. Gardens are lovely and well kept. Ideal for a relaxed break away, will stay for longer next time.
Dog friendly with onsite pub/restaurant and beer garden. Short walk or drive along the road to Lunan Bay which was the reason for my trip - stunning location!

Ferryden is a quiet neighbourhood, well placed for visiting the Montrose Basin wildlife centre and with easy access to the wider Angus area. There are walks locally and easy access to the beach. The village is compact, but lacks places to eat out, so a (reasonable) walk, drive or bus journey to Montrose is necessary.
