The cottage is perfectly placed to get to just about anywhere of interest in Dawlish Warren. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach, easy access to the South West Coastal Paths for stunning walks up into Dawlish and Teignmouth. Inside it was also extremely comfortable with every amenity you could need, and a beautiful view for sunsets and sunrises. The site itself was incredibly quiet, so we were able to relax well after or long hikes and days exploring
We highly recommend the Forest Funghi café and farm shop a short walk up the hill too!

Convenient location just outside Exeter, large free car park. Staff welcoming and friendly. Our room in a quiet position, no road noise despite being beside a busy roundabout. Room small, but very clean with everything to hand. King size bed comfortable. Room cleaned and tidied daily, towels changed, tea, coffee etc. topped up. Easy after hours access via key fob. Good choice of breakfasts - table service.

Everything was simple but lovely, I particularly liked the communal kitchen with complimentary coffee, milk, bread, jam etc for a simple breakfast if that's all you wanted.
