Easy check-in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. I will think twice about taking my family here though...especially at weekends. there was a party playing very loud music until 4am. Quite disrespectful. Don't mind it going on until 1am but, most of the night?

Low level room as we had our 8 year old Yorkie with us.
Low level room as we had our 8 year old Yorkie with us. The room was spotless and the bed was great, we had an excellent couple of nights sleep. Anything we asked for we received and nothing was too much to ask. Room service was excellent and the wife being a Tea Lover required some extra milk which they did. Lovely food and awesome staff

No USB ports in the room, 2 plugs located under the TV which isn’t ideal when you pay to stay in a room you don’t want to sit on the chair attached to the charger.

We stayed in Chryston to be handy for visiting an elderly relative in Kirkintilloch- the hotel would also be very handy for Glasgow and other towns in the area as just off one of the main roads.
We did not see anything of Chryston or the immediate surroundings.

The Hotel was Clean, Modern, well decorated.
The Hotel was Clean, Modern, well decorated. Friendly, helpful staff. Dinner was excellent and breakfast lovely. Chryston itself doesnt have places of interest but does have this marvellous hotel.
The room was nicely appointed and clean, breakfast was great and evening meal one of the two nights was exceptional. The second night the meal was less impressive, but still good. I deliberately booked this hotel based on my last time here for work, even though this time it was not the closest hotel to my destination, and would do so again.
The young lady who checked us in was lovely. The same cannot be said for the rude male receptionist on the morning to the extent where we opted to not book and pay for breakfast. Very lacking in customer service that is for sure and definitely needs training as this let your hotel down badly.
the level of detail in the rooms is excellent. definitely stay here! 100%. This was booked for a few of our employees and I actually received emails from those people who were staying, telling me to book this hotel again for more work in the area. honestly cannot fault it 5*
Food service was fantastic but only thing missing was wee lounge for a hotel guests chilled at night overall food, service, and room five stars on my books
