Anna and Robert were kind and attentive. Anna offered to dry out our wet coats and shoes in the boiler room. We were walking the Offa's Dyke path and got drenched that day, so this was very helpful. She made sure that we were happy and comfortable. She brought us a small bottle of milk for our tea and coffee.

Paul was really welcoming. Loved having the addition of a living room to hang out. Water bed was a first for us but really comfy. Spotlessly clean.

The caravan was in a beautiful location and was cosy and clean inside, however it lacked some basics that you'd expect to be supplied (more than one toilet roll, towels for showering, hand soap in the bathroom, washing up liquid in the kitchen).

Raven Lodge 28. Disappointing.
Raven Lodge 28. Disappointing. Bathroom had signs of water damage on bathroom flooring. Sink blocked very slow flow away. Shower leaking onto bathroom floor.
Smell damp. Thick cobwebs top right hand corner behind sofa. Bedside lamps not working properly had to move wire coming out of lamp to get it to come on. Mold on insides of both door curtains. Staff were friendly and listened to concerns/ complaints with out excuses or being defensive and did apologise and agreed it was not to the standard it should have been. Gave us use of the BBQ free of charge, although I wish I had negotiated more from them. Hot tub was nice but the speakers were missing so could not connect to with bluetooth to listen to our music, but did listen to others guests music who obviously were able to connect their music.
Staff said they take my concerns seriously and would deal with all the problems before next guests use Raven Lodge 28. So know one else should experience any of these problems staying in Raven Lodge 28.

Fab stay- very relaxing.
Fab stay- very relaxing. Hot tub, kitchen and bathroom and living area facilities all top notch!
Thought tea and coffee would have been provided. Local shops and restaurants very nice. Lodge very clean however gets dusty very easy with being outside. Would recommend cleaning under couch and bed also for future guests.
I will definitely return.
