Everything, Craig is a superb host & has a lovely disposition, nothing is too much trouble. The service was outstanding and cleanliness was a 10, we also dined in the restaurant and the food was faultless. This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. This is my second stay. I had a great sleep; the bed was comfortable and the setting quiet. The decor is traditional and fitting for a building of this age. I particularly liked the ease of the self check in after a busy day at work and the courtesy call from Scott was a nice touch. I also had a nice meal and relaxed in the bar for nightcap before bed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff at Coul House go out of their way to make you feel special and welcomed. The room was quiet, clean and had restful comfy beds. Enjoyed a very tasty two course meal and enjoyed the fire side chairs in the bar. Lovely one night stay.

A big wow to the lodge !!! Everything was perfect , the place was very clean. Everything was prepared for us before our arrival . When you are entering the place it's like you are atr home. The shower is very good , hot but you just need to find the right temperature. The kitchen is very useful , easy to find anything that you need for. The bedrooms are big enough and very quiet. Lots of space to put your clothes. The place is very well maintained The most important part is the quietness of the place , no noise , no plane, no car ect... If you want to relax it's the PERFECT PLACE !!! You can walk around if you like nature , forest ... The next village Beauly is at 10 min drive very useful ... It was the perfect holiday Thank you Ed we will definitely come back

Good size accomodation, with decent size TV and table and chairs. Good coffee making facilities and having a fridge is a bonus. The accomodation was within walking distance of some lovely woodland walks.
