We loved the house and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected and there was a welcome note on the desk with the key to our room waiting. This is a very peaceful, friendly place to stay.

Great location very easy to get to from the main roads. Overlooks a river and a farm with sheep and little lambs - which was great. I hopped over the fence and went to say hi + sit by the river for my morning coffee. The bathrooms, common area, and tea shack are all really well thought and are meticulously clean. The guest house has a lovely feel that I’m sure tourists to the area will be very appreciative of. It’s tartan and shortbread, well mums cake anyway which was magnificent!

ad breakfast: a huge range to choice from. The omelette was just unbelievable.
ad room: lovely, comfy rooms. The bathroom had even a bath tub. I slept extremely well because there was no noise.
