Loved the area lots of walks and activities. If you want adventure visit Zip world. The stables is a fantastic open air restaurant, it does have seating inside if you prefer. It is also very dog friendly. Good food at a reasonable price.

Beautiful village nestled in the mountains on the edge of the river Conway. Waterfall at the bridge was gorgeous and lots of scope for hikers. Good selection of eateries and outdoor shops with a few craft/galleries as well. Well worth a visit.

An old boutique Hotel that has been updated to be internally ok
However during our time the Hotel had few rooms taken and therefore was run on a smaller staff availability.
Ideally situated but not a place to come off season

Lovely little village, great scenery but being quite high up so you have to expect adverse weather conditions.
It’s not the cheapest place to go but you should expect that with it being a big hiking/outdoor sports destination.
Dogs are welcome in every place we went into so I you’ve a dog that likes walking this is the place to go.
Not so sure there is that much to do for kids but we had a 12month old with us and she was fine.
Can’t say we particularly enjoyed the 2 takeaway we had so I would advise the restaurants.
But yes we would go back and will be going back.

Great location, large rooms, very clean, very friendly management and team, parking facilities are fine, good food easy access to all local shops and amenities very friendly village, plenty of things to do, never got bored with the surroundings, a great starting point for all of the walking and sporting activities in the area including the zip slides.will definitely be going back on a regular basis even if it is for just the day owing to work commitments. Top Notch Hotel for us,.....see you there
The location was good and all downstairs was good. Breakfast had a good choice and evening meals were also good and good value for money. The bar area was also good, however not very big for the size of the hotel and became full very quickly, to a point we went to another bar in the village for drinks.
Everything was perfect, above and beyond what we've experienced previously in dog friendly hotels.
So welcoming and catered for all our needs.
Beautiful bedroom clean comfortable and decorated so nicely. Perfect central location . Friendly polite staff.
Will definitely return .
breakfast exceptional the location out of this world manager michelle if i was buying a hotel in the area i would poach her and even pay compensation! loved the river view and the scale of the view beyond the hotel
