2nd time staying here & once again chose the hotel as it's one of the closest hotels to the London Palladium, where I was attending a concert. Great central location for shopping/entertainment, nearby tube access, compact rooms but perfect for solo traveller who appreciates a clean, safe room & no frills. Perfect night's sleep despite being allocated the closest room to the bar/restaurant. Appreciate the little extras like bottle of water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Plenty of clean fluffy towels. Will be back again next time I'm at the Palladium!
