Temple View hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was spotless clean, the food was delicious, the staff were amazing. The view from dining room was out of this world, sunsets, double rainbows, it had it all it all. The bedroom I had was clean, tidy, and spacious and the bathroom was spotless with a power shower, brilliant. Couldn't of asked for more, definitely recommended.

The premises had everything we could need, either to cook for yourself or go out to the local hotel. We enjoyed the shared sitting room.
The breakfast was "help yourself" and was of an excellent quality. Our host, Andrew, was very helpful and friendly.

The location is spectacular and the lodge immaculate. Everything was provided to make our stay perfect, so comfortable and cozy. The welcome pack was much appreciated and the kitchen area and equipment is first class. The views from all the windows are spectacular with a stunning beach a short walk away. We were in touch with Ann, the host, who was unfortunately off island, she gave us all the information we needed for a perfect stay.

We were met with a lovely warm greeting by our host who took us to a beautiful room. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view was stunning. The en suite bathroom was perfect including the lovely hot shower. The breakfast, with home baked bread was outstanding. The location was perfect for the ferry and exploring North Uist. Exceptional is the right word to describe this B&B.

Don't be put off by the picture of this property (an end terrace in the mddle of a housing estate); inside it is warm, comfortable, well appointed, and clean. We encountered a few minor glitches on the first day but on contacting the owner these were immediately rectified. Our stay was very enjoyable and when I go back to Uist I shall certainly stay there again.
