location is in 5th ring, pretty far outside city. Room in disrepair, single soap for shower, and dispenser was broken. Rack to hang clothes broken, 3 whole hangars in closet. Refused to give us 3rd towel. Shower backed up and took multiple hours to get maintenance while the floor was a pool. I wouldn't stay here twice unless last resort.

Loved Torcy, much more affordable than val d europe. Fantastic shopping centre and very close to the train station. Great location for Disney. 5 minutes walk to the train which then drops you off beside park security after a 10 minute ride so theoretically its as close as Disney hotels.

Highly recommended Location, plenty of shops and restaurants, easy access to the RER station, Paris and Paris Disneyland, cleanliness, professional and helpful attitude of staff,good value for money compared with other over the top expensive hotels in Paris that supply less facilities for what you pay,and a perfect option for those who want to maintain a reasonable budget whilst visiting Paris .

The shops and restaurants were great. Easy to walk round, good shopping precinct and plenty of restaurants near the cinema complex. Train connections to Paris excellent.
Didn't find any good facilities for young children.
The location is great, about 4 minutes walking from the trainstation which brings you to Paris center and to Disneyland. Also is it near to a centre with restaurants, gamehall and shops. The receptionists are very nice and they have a place with wooden games at the entrance, the room was clean the beds and shower really comfatable. The walls could use a little paint but looking at the price we can understand its not all freshly painted. It is good value for the money!
Small room with a big, comfy bed. Nice rainshower and plenty hot water. Soft towels. Location is amazing! It is close to the train station, so you can easily reach the center of Paris or Disneyland. Also the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Loved that the breakfast buffet had vegan options like different plant milks and soya yogurt! The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful, both in person and from the booking message platform!
Fantastic place well located for travel in the area. Amazing reception staff who went out of their way to help us with a booking issue. They made staff in 5 star hotels look ordinary! A special mention to Karen who went far beyond what we could of expected and is a real asset to the establishment, 5 star customer service. We won't hesitate to book here again . 1. The staff are really amazing. Very kind and always available, though they may not be able to resolve all issues..
2. The location for visiting disneyland paris was also perfect for us - 15mins drive by car. We did not use public transport but the hotel is a few minutes from the train station.
3. A lot of good food options within walking distance.

Location is great: it is right across the train station, reaching disneyland in 10 min and Paris in 30 min. Plenty of service around the hotel and a full shopping centre.
The staff was super helpful and kind, very welcoming and the place is kid friendly, with dedicated area for them to be entertained.
The room was very comfortable, the 4 bed was very spacious.
The location is very near to RER A station. Just 2 stations far from Disneyland paris. The hotel room is vey comfortable and clean. it has kitchen where you can prepare food. Near the hotel there is big Supermarket Carrefour. The staff was very polite and helpful. We like the hotel too much. If I am in Torcy city I will return to this hotel
The guy on the night reception was so helpful. I was having trouble with the vending machine because I really need to drink and I don’t drink tap water and he went out of his way to help and as always fantastic facilities fantastic location fantastic value for money and I always stay here when I travel to Disneyland Paris.

The room was basic and functionable. That was what was what I expected. The hotel opposite was good for a bar. Near the local hypermarket and town. Train station less than 10mins walk (750 meters). 15 mins to Disney, 30 mins to Paris
I stayed at this hotel a few times in the past due to its close proximity with Disneyland Paris (10-15 min away by tube). Hotel staff were very friendly and we felt welcome. Good breakfast and good value for money overall.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Location next to a larger hotel which gave more dining options and fun places to hang out. I appreciated the closeness to Disneyland Paris but not the walk up the hill from the train.
