Bathroom was nice, handy having a good kitchenette that was very clean and is equipped with enough to be able to make basic meals.
Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome.

location is in 5th ring, pretty far outside city. Room in disrepair, single soap for shower, and dispenser was broken. Rack to hang clothes broken, 3 whole hangars in closet. Refused to give us 3rd towel. Shower backed up and took multiple hours to get maintenance while the floor was a pool. I wouldn't stay here twice unless last resort.

Loved Torcy, much more affordable than val d europe. Fantastic shopping centre and very close to the train station. Great location for Disney. 5 minutes walk to the train which then drops you off beside park security after a 10 minute ride so theoretically its as close as Disney hotels.

Highly recommended Location, plenty of shops and restaurants, easy access to the RER station, Paris and Paris Disneyland, cleanliness, professional and helpful attitude of staff,good value for money compared with other over the top expensive hotels in Paris that supply less facilities for what you pay,and a perfect option for those who want to maintain a reasonable budget whilst visiting Paris .

The shops and restaurants were great. Easy to walk round, good shopping precinct and plenty of restaurants near the cinema complex. Train connections to Paris excellent.
Didn't find any good facilities for young children.
Location perfect for Torcy train station. RER line A is just behind the hotel and takes you directly into the centre of Paris or to Disney. There are several restaurants around the back at the shopping centre too.
The bed was very comfortable. And parking was free. Staff were friendly. There was a kettle in the room and the receptionist gave us the paper cups, coffee, tea, milk etc when we checked in.
Decent location. Google Maps took us the wrong way around to another hotel; those guys then pointed us down the block to Apparthotel. It was super easy to walk to the nearby commercial hub and get food, and it was super easy to get back to the train the next morning when we went the right way. The ride to Disney was short and very easy, even on a weekend.
We booked this hotel when another hotel in the area we booked months in advance informed us on our arrival that they had no water. This hotel accommodated us on short notice and had all necessities for a 1 night stay close to Disney. Very close to Torcy train station with connections to Disneyland and Paris centre.

The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay and the toilet has a bidet!! It’s very spacious and bright and decorated so nicely..

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money. The gentleman on reception was polite, helpful and friendly. Located round the corner from an eating plaza with lots of great restaurants. 3 minute walk to the train station to central Paris. Close to disneyland.
Nice and welcoming staff. The room keeping was great with enough hot beverage option on the vending machines at ground floor. Best part was the access to RER trains , just two minute walk from hotel and also a big Carrefour shopping center just 10 minutes walk.
Hotel was a great location especially if traveling for the purpose of Disneyland Paris. The train station is right across the road and it is only 3 stops direct to Disney. Value for money for those on a budget wishing to go to Disney
The location is great, especially for disneyland paris. There are lots of shops & restaurants close by. Also a pharmacy 10 minute walk from the hotel just in case. Train station also a 10-15 min walk.
Price to value is great. Outside low emission zone so safe to drive there for tourists. Many parking spots. 8 minutes walk to RER station. Easy to go to Disneyland Paris and Paris city centre.

Really great value for the price, great location as we were going to Disneyland, great breakfast, the mattress was a bit hard for my taste but I still slept really well. We'll come again.
