Bathroom was nice, handy having a good kitchenette that was very clean and is equipped with enough to be able to make basic meals.
Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome.
Really good location for Disneyland Paris.

location is in 5th ring, pretty far outside city. Room in disrepair, single soap for shower, and dispenser was broken. Rack to hang clothes broken, 3 whole hangars in closet. Refused to give us 3rd towel. Shower backed up and took multiple hours to get maintenance while the floor was a pool. I wouldn't stay here twice unless last resort.

Loved Torcy, much more affordable than val d europe.
Loved Torcy, much more affordable than val d europe. Fantastic shopping centre and very close to the train station. Great location for Disney. 5 minutes walk to the train which then drops you off beside park security after a 10 minute ride so theoretically its as close as Disney hotels.

- "A mini downtown" with Coffee, Crepe, Ice creams Bars (shops) and a number of restaurants (including Asian food). Very good atmosphere at the evenings.

Highly recommended Location, plenty of shops and restaurants, easy access to the RER station, Paris and Paris Disneyland, cleanliness, professional and helpful attitude of staff,good value for money compared with other over the top expensive hotels in Paris that supply less facilities for what you pay,and a perfect option for those who want to maintain a reasonable budget whilst visiting Paris .

Massive mall and retail park really good location if you don't want to stay in the middle of Disney just read reviews of hotels as rooms can be very small

The shops and restaurants were great.
The shops and restaurants were great. Easy to walk round, good shopping precinct and plenty of restaurants near the cinema complex. Train connections to Paris excellent.
Didn't find any good facilities for young children.
Small room with a big, comfy bed. Nice rainshower and plenty hot water. Soft towels. Location is amazing! It is close to the train station, so you can easily reach the center of Paris or Disneyland. Also the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Loved that the breakfast buffet had vegan options like different plant milks and soya yogurt! The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful, both in person and from the booking message platform!
Relatively cheaper accomodation for last minute trip plan. Next to a shopping area with Pharmacy and several restaurants with good variety of food, close to Torcy RATP station from where one can directly travel to Paris city for 5.20€.
There is also a Spar supermarket nearby. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable bed to sleep on. Good housekeeping.

The location, availability of late check in, the reception looked interesting for guests, and breakfast offered with the stay however I did not eat there.
-Lots of outlets to charge phone.
-Storage space and there was coffee in the room. -Like the soap dispensers in the bathroom.
-The staff was was great and friendly but I think that they have no idea how those rooms are.
The location is perfect to gain access to the rail network, ( €3-75 each way per adult and €1-75 per child ) each way to Disneyland Paris, a few local restaurants, a little shops for basics, a kebab shop is located to the side of the hotel. Female Staff were helpful when I needed the beds separating as I'd booked a twin room and not a double.

the room was very clean & their facilities. location is perfect, around the hotel were restaurants, cinema, shops, groceries & even shopping centers in case u need some clothes, etc. & train station. whats great is the location to disneyland! very close only 3 stops by metro & u are already at the main entrance of disneyland in 10 mins!

The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay and the toilet has a bidet!! It’s very spacious and bright and decorated so nicely..

The morning staff were really kind and helpful. The hotel is close to the train station what made our life much easier to go to Disneyland and Paris leaving the car at hotel’s free parking. There are many good restaurants between hotel and train station (max 200m from hotel).
Perfect Location if you are going to Disneyland Paris. The Train station is 2 mins away walking and in around 10 minutes you are at Disney.
Besides that the hotel itself is very simple and the rooms small. But they match what advertised.

Nice and welcoming staff. The room keeping was great with enough hot beverage option on the vending machines at ground floor. Best part was the access to RER trains , just two minute walk from hotel and also a big Carrefour shopping center just 10 minutes walk.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Location next to a larger hotel which gave more dining options and fun places to hang out. I appreciated the closeness to Disneyland Paris but not the walk up the hill from the train.
Very nice staff, excellent location to visit Disneyland and Paris, as the train station is just across the road. A bonus is the free, private parking and a shopping mall a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel.
The location is great, especially for disneyland paris. There are lots of shops & restaurants close by. Also a pharmacy 10 minute walk from the hotel just in case. Train station also a 10-15 min walk.
The people at the reception are very nice! and just next to the hotel, there are multiple restaurants and a metro that let you in Paris in half hour and Disneyland in 10 minutes..! I will repeat :)
