Great arrangement with the host - detailed description of entrance procedure including photos - SUPER!, clean accomodation, practical.... little bit small kitchen, but whatever, we did not cook. Good accessibility to the city center - 25 minutes by metro line 11, big mall 5 minutes of walking from an apartment. Would definitely choose this again if stay in Paris.

It was very cozy. It's not the biggest but you have everything you need and if you're missing anything you can contact the host. They were super friendly and welcoming and they have a very cute little dog. The outdoor seating area was really nice to sit outside in the evening.

Pros: 10 minutes walking from 2 stations "Rosny Sous Bois" and "Rosny Bois Perrier" the last one has a Commercial Center in case you need to buy something, close to supermarkets and restaurants even fast food if you need it, not a bad neighborhood but not the best either so be careful.
You have microwave at the reception and the staff was there to help me with anything (not all of them speak English though)
The hotel room is very nice clean.the cooking facilities are good for preparing for simple breakfast toast fired eggs cffee.the supermarket near and railway station ari train faster and bus after you need study it easy.the owner cannot speak English too difficult. Water 1st day not working, he told me by msg next day they took fix half day it waste our time shower etc etc..this not attitude.
