Please be very careful when choosing this location as a camp for your trips to Paris and Disney, I strongly recommend you stay at hotels since there are apartments in the area that take advantage of the proximity to Disney and they are of very low quality.

Liked the area that we stayed in, some of the boulangeries (particularly L' Atelier des gourmands) and restaurants were excellent, felt like it would be somewhere I'd live if I were to move to Paris. Bit of a walk from the station, but not a bother for us.

The Hotel is in a good location for access to euro Disney and Paris ( by train) there is a supermarket two mins away, and the hotel has a great outdoor pool open 10-8pm and excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms are large with separate toilets and shower rooms and a safe, parking is available at the cost of 12 euros a day in the underground car park which is accessible via a staircase. The bar is clean and reasonable with a good outdoor seating area. Good value for money but please be aware of our and about that you keep your belongings safe and close to you as this is an inner city area and just like Paris there are pick pockets around.

Terrible suburb, was ghetto noise through most of the night. No cooling or fans in hot weather. Terrible traffic if driving to central Paris, and expensive to use train, a family of 5 would have been over 60 Euros per day.

My Evening Break was a charming apartment in a beautiful location outside of the busy Paris centre. I loved the 20 minute stroll to the RER station, often stopping at one of the boulangeries on our way home to pick up some treats and unwind in this modern decorated apartment. It is located near the water and it also has an excellent restaurant right next door. This stay exceeded my expectation for the price I paid.
The walk to the RER station and location may not be suitable for all travellers but I would definitely stay at My Evening Break again.

First i was given wrong room an occupied room and walked on a sleeping guy..was there for 2 nights didnt get clean sheets and room cleaning...i had to ask for towels and they told me to come down to reception and pick it my self ...no extra pillows since they had only 2 pillows so thin not enough for 2 adults ..shower was eather too hot or too cold hard to adjust the fossile température ... bad parkings and location is remote from everything
We had the pleasure of staying in this spacious three-bedroom apartment, which we found to be clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay.
It is 10-minute walk from the RER station, and just a few stops away from Disneyland. Additionally, the easy access to public transportation allowed us to explore Paris.

Great location-very convenient for the station (on the Paris/Disneyland line) and supermarket. It was as we expected from the pictures on the website, plus the kitchen was well equipped, and it was very helpful to have laundry liquid supplied (as well as the washing machine and dryer rack). . Our host was very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, meeting us at the station as he suggested, showing us to the apartment and ensuring we were settled in. Check out was also easy.
The people of the B&B were very nice and helpful! The room is small but everything you need is in it. A clean bathroom and a nice bed. For our stay in which we were mostely outside, the room was perfect. The location is great for travels to Paris with the metro A. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro to the hotel. The easy check in en checking out system was very much appriciated.
This place was wonderful. Very hip vibe, and the suite I booked was HUGE with its own little kitchenette. I never thought I would be able to get something like that with my budget. Super close to the metro station, and the entire hotel was very clean. On my last day, they allowed me to store my luggage there while I explored Paris for a bit!
Great location, 10 minutes from Noisy le Grand station and from there it's 40 min to downtown and 40 min to Disneyland.
Communication with the host was great.
The size of the apartment is excellent and it has everything you need.
There is a shopping mall, stores and places to eat within walking distance.

Service was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Handy car park underneath hotel and easy access to metro station for a quick few stop trip into centre of Paris.
Pool was a nice feature for the kids, plenty of seating areas around bar. Room was tidy and spacious.
Location close to RER A and bus. 20 min to Disneyland and half an hour to center of Paris.It has supermarkert and pharmacy near apartment. Apartment has all appliances. Owner kindly and fast rasponded to all our questions. Apartment is really comfortable.
