I am a regular at CitizenM, their staff is very welcoming and also attends to us all the time. The hotel is only 30mins to the Paris Centre. It's a business district with two shopping centres. I also like the tech part of the hotel. They have great and comfy spaces for co-working too!

Rooms are spartan. Bathroom was dirty (mildew) and tap was broken. Basic is ok but then iall must be clean and working. This was nit the case.
Breakfast also too basic. In Paris you expect a good coffee in the morning…

The room was clean, friendly persona, breakfast could be fresher, but the Buffet was good. It was a comfortable stay cause we went to the Arena and it was only 15 Minutes away from the hotel and that was our highlight. There is a really nice park near the hotel. The Bahn was also not so far and also there are restaurant and Markets nearby.

Disgusting breakfast, small room, booked for 4 and were only for 3 beds, one double and one single, had to sleep with my little one and hubby in the same bed.
And the cleaners had stolen me a leather jacket, that's horrible. Bad service.

The thing that I most liked about nanterre was it had easy access to the metro rail link, once on the metro and you could be anywhere in paris, it was quiet in the street at night no load music or rowdy crowds of drunks being turned out, the street was clean, there's some pizza restaurants that I used, but to be fair the french was also on their holidays so pretty much dead as far as entertainment was concerned, there's a peoples market in the street almost every day if you like that sort of thing, but when I was there it was very quiet, which I and my wife just love, that's it for nanterre

Location was great, near train station.
Location was great, near train station. Accommodation clean and modern, nice staff, good facilities in room. Some reasonable restaurants nearby. Not far from central Paris. Lovely shopping centre 2 stops away! Would happily return to stay there.
Located in the nice area of Nanterre at the border with Rueil. Quiet room, comfortable bed.
Super well equiped studio, every detail has been thought of.
Laurent really cares for the confort of his guests and provided really useful advice.
Bus stop in the corner with frequent bus taking you to Nanterre Prefecture (259l) and La Defense (258) where the RER A will take you to Paris in 10 minutes.
Shops nearby opening late. Restaurants within a walking distance.. Will definitely stay again.
The staff of Citizen M, mostly composed by international people, is always extremely welcoming and friendly, both at reception and bar.
We informed on our booking that our stay in Paris was part of our wedding anniversary trip and the hotel staff took the initiative to leave us a little note, game and bar voucher in the room, to celebrate the special occasion.
The free upgrade to an upper-floor corner room was very appreciated.
The staff was especially kind and helpful. Especially Nassima and Benoit, but really, everyone was open and helpful. We had breakfast there one morning and the buffet was OK. The room was a very good size for Paris. It was clean. The area around the hotel made us feel safe. There is parking on site (unusual for Paris.) But really, I have to emphasize that it was the staff that made this an exceptional stay.
This hotel is ok if you’re attending an even at the arena or have business in the area. We picked this hotel because we were attending a concert at La Defense Arena. It’s super convenient for that. The hotel is rather expensive for what you get. It’s a little dated. The carpets need cleaning. Staff is very friendly and capable.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed had a good mattress and the buffet breakfast was very good. We requested a kettle and one was provided. Excellent shower. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to La defense arena and were not disappointed, it was a 20 minute walk through a lovely park.
The location was in a very good neighborhood, there is a convenience store next door to the building that sells almost everything we needed. The bus stop is also a few feet away from the hotel. Not too far from La Defense, where the main bus/metro/train station and a big Westfield mall are located.
Wonderful staff
Generous breakfast and drinks included
Bedroom clean, quiet
Bathroom clean and good water pressure and warmth
I was there for the concert of Joe Hisaishi at Paris La Défense Arena
Everything was wonderful from the check-in to the check out
Staff very friendly and helpful!
I have chosen this hotel because of its modern design and beautiful view on La Grande Arch. We were lucky to get a room in the top floor with the exact view I was hoping for. The room was very clean and quiet. We especially appreciated that everything could be controlled via tablet.
Breakfast was quite good and worth the supplementary fee. Housekeeping came in once during the short stay and did a nice job. Staff were polite and available mostly around the clock. Pretty straightforward walk to reach the Nanterre Ville RER station to get into Paris.
Brand New Apartment. Excellent condition and very clean, spacious and can fit a family of 4-6. It is furnished with possibly everything you would want in a hotel or more. All the basic necessities are included. The kitchen and living room is an added bonus!
I have been to Paris several times and seen many hotels. your hotels is the best. it is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice👌👌 thank🥰🥰👍 you very much and I recommend it to everyone
Everything was great except for the 2 floor stairs you need to use to reach the entrance of the hotel. With bags it's quite uncomfortable. But the hotel interior is easily a 4 star Hotel.
very good value for money. Very close walking distance to the tram station, 15 mn tram to la defense. 3 restaurants on the complex. interesting 15% discount to the courte paille.
