The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday.
The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday. Staff is friendly. They will arrange taxi for you. But the room was small. No phones on the room. Hair dryers need to be borrowed with ten euros deposit. Only heaters in the room so you have to open windows. Bathrooms were small but clean. It's a clean hotel but don't expect too much on a two star hotel. It was only 15 minutes away from the arc de triomphe which was great. Through taxi ofcourse. It's a good place if you are on a budget. But it won't come with everything. It's not exactly a holiday inn hotel. My mother loved the croissants here on this hotel! It is good.

Hotel is close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre and has also good connection to the city centre. There are not many places to go out in the evening, but on the other hand the neibourghood is quite safe at night.

The cost of a standard room in this hotel is 59 €...They says that the price can raise up to 200 € when there is activity at the exposition center at Porte de Versailles. I paid 159 € ... without breakfast !!!
Here is a short list of what I did not like in this hotel:
- The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
- There was no more soap in the dispenser.
- Only one bath towel ... and mold in the shower
- It was like living next to the subway, even on the sixth floor.
- You can hear neighbors talking / coughing
For 59 €, yes .... for 159 €, definitely not!

I arrived early, so they weren't able to accommodate me when I arrived. I came back an hour later and had to wait in the corridor near my room whole the manager finished an inspection--which I appreciate since it meant they cared about giving me a clean and proper room. The sector isn't the sexiest area of Paris, but it suited me perfectly. The room was quiet and comfy, and the breakfasts were good. I would definitely stay there again

Quite neighborhood with close proximity to metro station within 5 minutes walk. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants available in the near vicinity. Small rooms and no toiletries provided. A strange smell present in lobby and on our floor. No space for luggage in the rooms. Ordinary breakfast. House cleaning not up to the standard expectations.

It is a very good value for money and great staff ready to help is an extra benefit for sure. I had to attend expo at port versailles centre and location was just right within about 12min on Uber at a reasonable cost.
Exceptional welcoming, Ryad is very friendly, and will give tips to visit Paris. Its location is perfect for business or leisure, near Porte d'Orléans, Cité Universitaire Internationale, Catacombes... Furthermore, this place is well desserved by public transportation. Rooms are functional and clean. Ryad will offer you a customized service... I strongly recommend this hotel.

I loved the loft style room, it's not what we were expecting but it was fun to have the extra space and the kids felt like they had their own little room.
Super close to the subway for easy transport into Paris.
Close to a market that was open Friday, every food imaginable at great prices and clothing, etc as well, definitely recommend going.
Quiet and comfortable.
Accessibility and location of the hotel , room size is also good, staff are helpful when there was a problem in my room after the check in ( there was a horrible smell in the refrigerator), they tried to solve, and when it was still unsatisfactory they offered to change the room, which was likely a better one..
Room was spacious
The hotel is a bit far away from the main attractions but close to a metro line which is very convenient to move around in Paris
Staff was really nice and helpful
There’s a bar/restaurant downstairs that opens early and closes late
The hotel was fine as a base, rooms were small but had all we needed, beds were comfortable, shower was hot, location was close enough to a metro station and had double glazed windows which meant the train noise wasn’t noticeable
the house is comfortable and close to central Paris. Benoit was so nice and open to have conversations, but we left the house t 8am. he wanted to prepare breakfast for us but we had to rush. he is kind. i recommend this B&B :)
All the facilities mentioned were present. The breakfast spread was nice and tasty. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Luckily we got a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! That was an unexpected surprise.
I liked the breakfast, the team working there always very polite & professional. It is also a very quiet place, I did not even sleep with ear plugs (usually I need to in hotels), so really good overall.
Generally kept clean, not many people and the receptionists were friendly. Toilets and bed were bery clean and neat.
The hotel is quite close to one of the train stations so that’s convenient.
Small room but very clean and totally functional. So convenient to the center of Paris that one might as well be in in the actual city limits. I would not hesitate to go back.
- comfy apartment in a nice Paris area. We were 5, totally worth it.
- self check-in
- comfy beds
- equipment (AC, Nespresso, dishwasher, washin machine,....)
