WE DONT RECOMMAND this place because the owner is not an honest person. He did not send us the code for the key box the arrival day so we waited more than 3 hours in the street not to mention after 30h flight and 2 young kids and with all the luggage.we had to book a hostel nearby which was expensive (last minute hostel in Paris in.july...). It was very stressful situation! He contacted us only late in the Evening for the code and said he would reimburse a part of the hostel but he never did!we are very disappointed and we dont recommand this place at all!

The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-Bicetre than the reason we had to rebook our 3 days in Paris but more to do with Chambre Dans Grand Apartment Paris 15 who double booked our accommodation despite us prepaying E190.00 in full. We were forced to look for alternative accommodation on arrival as the Owner did not even come to meet us at the apartment as arranged or answer his telephone which was on Voicemail. Le Kremlin is just outside the border of Central Paris. So we had to rebook with Le Kremlin and then cancelled Chambre Dans Grand Apartment which might have been the wrong thing to do. Le Kremlin was fine although far out of the central area where we wanted to be.

It’s really great studio in the close proximity to Paris. Everything is new and studio is very nicely decorated, I was very impressed that the owner thought about every small detail that you may need in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We had a great stay here! Metro and bus stops are just nearby, as well as several supermarkets (auchan, lidl, l’eclerc) and restaurants (local cuisine). Tv and WiFi worked well all the time. The owner is very friendly and tries to create a super comfortable spot to stay in Paris. Thanks again!
The place has one of the best cost benefits I've ever seen (especially for Paris, a pricy city). The beds have a privacy curtain, the locker works electronically, so no necessity to rent or carry one, and the space for the luggage was more than enough. Besides, de decoration is modern. It might be a little far from the city center, but 20 minutes with bus and we were there, so no problem at all. Recommended!
The hotel was better than expected for its value. Certainly better than others that are more expensive. The food was very good and varied. The restaurant and it's staff are nice, tv screen to watch the football match. The bed is big clean and comfortable, toilets are clean and the room was warm when I entered it. For a one night business trip, it is the best option I could recommend.
Stayed here for three nights and I found the staff at the reception to be excellent! The room is small but functional; didn't bother me too much since it's a budget hotel. If you are travelling as a couple/family of three, I'd suggest you stow your luggage underneath your bed to give yourself more space to walk and stand in the room.
Sylvie and Christian are very welcoming and responsive hosts! The place is well-equipped and exceptionally clean – ideal for a few days' stay. Kremlin-Bicêtre is a peaceful neighborhood with grocery stores and public transport within a few minutes' reach – not exactly Central Paris, but we're talking adequate price tags here :)
The place looked brand new and we had the feeling like we the first guests there. I can easily say that you have a feeling of a 4 star hotel. Everything was decorated tastefully and i found it to my liking.
You have metro next to you, witch is the best way to move in Paris.

The studio was really clean and located really good,very close to metro and bus station. The host,Juliette,was really helpful and the instructions for check in were really clear. I just loved the studio and if I will come back to Paris definitely will book this place again
Everything was OK except the bed...
The apartment was clean and new. All things you need are available there. The location was a little dar from the city's center.
The only bad point is the uncomfortable bed. If there was a usual bed o give appartement number 10....
The hostess is very friendly and will gladly help in answering questions and conversation. The room is nice and excellent value for money, as it is in the innermost suburb, on the edge of Paris itself. My office in Paris is only 15 minutes by tram.
It is clean in a quiet area near many inexpensive eateries with a very short walk to the Metro Station. The owner was super nice, and responsive. I will come back to stay whenever I visit beautiful Paris and recommend it to anyone.
Lovely, spotless apartment just outside Paris. Metro is nearby to take you to the centre of Paris. Comfortable beds, kitchenette, balcony. Different shops nearby. Host Juliette is very friendly and helpful via Whatsapp.
Absolutely adequate value for the money spent. We had no problem with anything. It is not luxury accommodation, but it is fully functional and perfectly suitable for an overnight stay to explore Paris.
The host is an amazing and lovely person. It was great to meet and chat with him. Also, he gave me nice tips abound the rendezvous in Paris. The apartment is also localized close to subway stations.
