Staff were super friendly and helpful - we arrived and left when reception was closed with no issue. There is a little kiosk with fresh bread!
The property was clean and well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, air conditioner and lots of kitchen equipment that made self catering really easy. It was very close to the cycle tracks that lead to the forest, beaches and a lighthouse museum. La Palmyre has a zoo and caters for all ages although in September a lot of children’s activities are closed which was ok as we liked it quiet and peaceful.
