3mins walk from main train station, very conveniently located & easy to locate property. New mall nearby, still building in progress but monoprix is already open and you can easily get basics within few mins walk from property. Staff provided great food recommendations and my family was very sastisfied.

The location was perfect. Close to transportation, the Promenade, and the old city. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a very nice view of the park and a little bit of the beach. It was also mostly quiet and very well climate controlled for the season. Breakfast was very good.

The room was small but cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was great that I could turn down daily cleaning, as I do not need new towel every day. The location was also great in a bubbly area and close to beach. Grociery store, eateries etc all around.
Beau Rivage is located in the lively old town of Nice. The property is just 164 feet from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The famous Flower Market on Cours Saleya is a 5-minute walk away.

Too far from the City (1 1/2 Hours to and from the hotel) with limited rides using the bus. Hike UP too tiring. You must have a CAR. Not too many options for eating or doing anything. Room had a musty Smell. I will not Go back there again
We had a pleasant stay at this place. The location is very good, plenty of room. All the amenities are there. There is a beautiful lemon tree in front of the house. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
Tip: The location is about 30 to 40 minutes by car from Nice city center. Not sure if there is public transportation, you must have your own transportation.
They have everything! The air condition didn't work, but they called me and explained the situation prior to my arrival. They offered me a free cancelation. We liked vending coffee machine and drinks. They have elevator to higher floors and the view is wonderful. You can see whole Nizza from this hotel.
It was the most beautiful landscape ever. Easy access to the city center even though it's not in it. The staff was amazing. Incredibly polite. The hotel was clean and lovely we cannot wait to go back, we would definitely choose it again. Lovely rooms, amazing location, very kind people and great food.

The cottage is very comfortable and the kitchen was superb! The views were great from the patio and overall we found it comfortable to travel to Cannes, Antibes, nice and Monaco from this location. The property owners are great and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
The hotel was good, it's located somewhere high on the hills, yes it is a little bit outdated as everyone else is saying but not that bad, at least not for me.

The adjoining rooms were a good arrangement for me and the children. The breakfast was pleasant and the staff were friendly. There was easy parking in the hotel car park. The room was cheap.
We really liked this hotel! The feeling is really homey and cozy, the room was really pretty, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our window. There is a limited parking spot.
