I turned up the reception was closed the on line reception to get the code for your room was off line, when I phoned the contact number it was just a automated message, couldn’t get a room so booked another hotel

I think the hotel is not good value for money. It was too expensive for what we got. The rooms are tiny and lacked facilities. We had an issue with a leaking air conditioning unit. To be fair, the staff were friendly and helpful but for the amount we paid, I expected better facilities.
