Nice and cozy. Front desk help was friendly and accommodating. The local railway is right down the street with stops to the train stations for both the major museums (Orsy and Louvre) and the Eiffel Tower.

Dreadful hotel in a non tourist part of the city, broken facilities, smoke smelling room with stained carpets. Broken lift and dirty stairwell. A ten minute walk to the closest train station and a 40 minute trip to the city, no metro close by, no local restaurants for tourists, no bars for non locals, avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid for 2 nights but left after one could not wait to get out of this place. Paris is a beautiful city however Ivry sur Seine is not for tourists.

Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there.
Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there. Good bed, huge pillows that forces your feet out of bed even if you are just 180 cm like me. To far from Metro to have good Paris access. Neighborhood left, like a ghetto with wee smokers right side of. Staff at reception rude giving instructions like a warden in a juvenile jail. The other a super friendly helpful Togolese gentleman and the third a friendly smiling and greeting girl who never leaves her phone when greeting or giving out dustbin bags or T-roll. Great baker next door for fresh croissants. Big minus for foreign visitors 50+ TV stations only in French, which is ok for me but not for my wife and daughter. All together reasons we will not book there again.

No shampoo, the floor was cold.
The area is not to safe, at the middle of the night a guy was looking at our apartment windows for an hour or so and after we turned off the lights he came to our door trying to get in. It was very scary considering that we were two girls. Even now I’m still scared because of this

There are adequate shops for food and drink.
There are adequate shops for food and drink. This area does not have tourist attractions which I knew before staying there.
It is easy to catch RER or buses to the tourist hotspots.
If you intend commuting to Versailles which was my intention — unfortunately there was railway works disrupting the line and making the trip complex and arduous! On the last of my 8 days there normal service resumed, damn!
I recommend checking SANCF for rail works if things like this are important to you!
Hotel its new , smells nice, near by the river, which is nice that you can have a walk to Notre Dame by the river for about 45 minutes and see other atractions after that. Breafast was ok, Few selection of cheese , simple ham and english breakfast. But you can make yourself fresh juices from oranges or greipfruits which is a big bonus.
The reception staff is exceptional. I thought, why pay high room rates downtown when a suburban hotel offers a better deal. Walking distance to Vitry-Sur- Seine railway station. Very good value for money. Owner of the hotel is in the lobby to talk to customers. Hospitality plus.
Room was ok for the money we paid, it's the same as the photos. Location is good, not too close to the city center but there is train/metro and you can get to the city center in about 25 minutes. There are also cheap supermarkets very closed to the hotel.
Sorry to say that I liked nothing about this property. And no, I was not looking for a 5 star hotel I was just looking for a safe, healthy, place close to the center of Paris to stay at for the 2 days I was going to be there with my family.
The location was great, there is a bus stop literally in front of the hotel, a metro and station 10 minutes walking.
The apartment is confortamble, with a little kitchen where you can cook something if you want.
The staff is also nice.
Location was close to the metro stations which you can reach anywhere in Paris between 20-40 min.Access to the private garage and to the hotel with elevator was really easy and they allow us to park our car couple of hours after checkout.
We have choosed this Hotel for our first trip in our Honeymoon. Hotel have arranged special welcome packet and design for our room. I want to say that is a big surprise for us and it is a great moment when we entered into our Room😊.
The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The wifi is very fast and the room is very clean. We have a small kitchen in the room even though the room isn't that big but we had all the facilities for our stays.
I like the fact that the receptionist was so accommodating. We went to our room in no time and the room was clean. The hotel is close to a bunch of affordable restaurants. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
The location was really good, bus stop right in front of the aparthotel, walking distance from train and metro station. 15 minutes walking from a shopping center, and many restaurants around to have food.
Table football in reception - amazing! Everything was clean, comfortable bed. Parking next to hotel where you can receive a discount if you are this hotel guest :)
Much larger than the other hotel we chose. Room is very quiet.
We take a taxi to the Orly airport, it's very close, within 20 min ride, and cost 16 only.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is in a quiet location, although a bit lonely at night. The rooms are not fancy but comfortable and clean.
