The nice quite room with window. The staff was very helpful and help us well to settle the room at late night check-in as well. They also provide us taxi arrangement for the early morning to the airport. Over all the stay was great.

We arrived late unannounced as fir flight canelation. We had a warm welcome andcwere upgraded with an extra room. The Hotel is fully renovated much nicer than the pictures show. Our room was more like a big suite. Gorgeous.
Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Next day we enjoyed the spa a lot, waiting for our flight back home, not to mention the breakfast eccellent, and an amazing biological thea - bar. Also great coffee. Yes Jenny you made our stay an unexoected ***** thanks a lot. We will return most certainly.
Breakfast: Delicious breakfast buffet with a wonderful selection of cheese and pastries (esp. croissant and pain au chocolat). There were lots of other options as well! Some tables had a wonderful view of the garden/woods.
Room: Comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden/woods. The bathroom was large and wheelchair accessible.
Parking: There are parking spots right next to the hotel.
Although refurbishment is current being done to the whole hotel, staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast and location were wonderful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was lovely too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Madison Jenny—such a nice hotel! It’s located very close to Basel; easy to find; a picture-perfect small town just over the.border in France. Breakfast was delicious — lots of delicious offerings.
It was a comfortable hotel with a large family room. Staff was friendly. Good starting location for hikes etc. We used hotel Jenny as a short stop furing our travels to Italy. Nice restaurant in the hotel and good breakfast.
Very nice and modern hotel, the lobby area and balcony towards the backyard was calm and relaxing and we liked the small spa as well. The restaurant served good food and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
