Our room was cold, i asked reception solve my problem, but they changed our room to a worth room, and when i complained to resection, they told me “here is 3 star hotel , is not 4 or 5 star hotel!”
Finally they didn’t solve my problem and They continued to misbehave.

Quite far from Paris itself which is something I didn’t realise when booking. Luckily I had my own car to travel in however if I had to catch a taxi or public transport it would have been quite expensive. There are no shops nearby and the area itself is more like a construction site

Multicultural “village” on the edge of central Paris.
Multicultural “village” on the edge of central Paris. It felt like a village as people seemed to know each other , there were several shops, restaurants and bars and regular busses and a metro station a bus ride down the road(or 25 min walk).

I don’t recommend any person to go there dirty place a lot...
I don’t recommend any person to go there dirty place a lot of insects even in one of our rooms the cleaner left the window open and when we returned we found it invaded by insects and they didn’t even offer a second room to sleep in they said you hae to wait till tomorrow when they come to clean the girl had to sleep in her brothers room on the floor
My daughter caught a bad infection in her eye and i feel absolutely angry they should have tAken better care of the cleaneness of the facilities
The only good thing they did was to order for us a ride to the aeroport when we were late
One of the staff helped us and we are grateful for him
Overall bad experience next time I’ll double check before booking any kind of hotel
The room was very clean. Unlimited breakfast, available at €6 per day, was good value and consisted of choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, bread, spreads and cake as well as tea. coffee and orange juice. The location isn't central (but neither are the prices) and Les Gresilles RER is less than 10 minutes' walk away, whilst Gabriel Peri metro is less than 15 minutes' walk. It is possible to walk into Paris, with the Arc de Triomphe about an hour and a quarter away.
The accommodation has a rating that does not reflect the reality. it is actually way better (at least 8). very quiet rooms! Very clean in the rooms, metro across the street (not that far from Paris actually), decent price, real (not stupid “French” one) breakfast - with eggs, bacon, cheese (although repetitive and not so many options). Safe area.
The Ibis budget is okay.. It was clean, the room was basic but fresh, no surprises.... The shower was full size. Bed was comfortable. The TV had BBC world and CNN channels..!! The wifi was fast... I like this location, because its close to my client in Gennevilliers... (its about 400m from RER C station). The reception spoke english.
Clean and newly re-decorated room and bathroom, very good. Generally a well looked after and clean hotel.
Breakfast a bit sparse but the kitchen porter sorted us out when it had all gone, but this could have been much better.
Transport into Paris centre really easy by train - just a short walk to the station.
The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms may be a bit small but the layout and the overall functionality is good. The bed was very good.
The breakfast follows the Ibis budget standard which is in general ok. The breakfast room was very clean. Big parking at the location
Very modern clean apartment which was perfect for our time in Paris. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro station and about 30mins to most attractions in Central Paris. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
Every thing is rubbish smell dirty absolutely disgusting i have level 3 in booking.com and I’m travelling around the world i never been in hotel dirty like that all our buddy reed from Allergy to mosquitoes
The hotel is renovated. There are different ways metro, tram or bus near the hotel. in the moment we went the tranvia was not available and get difficult the travel to Paris.
Value worthy. Clean and comfortable. 24h staff available, check in is easy. 10 mins walking to train, tram stations. Worthwhile a place just need a sleep in Paris.
