This is an good stopping point for those travelling by car from the UK. The room we were allocated was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals in the bar/dining area were of good quality and well served. We then decided to stay 2 nights but had to move to another room, which was less attractive, but charged at a lower rate.

The Mercure Troyes Center occupies a former factory located 500 meters from the historic center of the city. The hotel has just been completely renovated and offers a chic and cozy decor.
Our room was a very good size with two double beds and perfect for our family of 4. Beds are extremely comfortable. Easy check in and out and the staff are always so helpful. Quick dinner next door you can walk to and hotel gets a discount. We always stay here while in transit and while we didn't have the breakfast this time, it is good and last I remember (before covid) the owner makes a gorgeous homemade cake!
Great location, have stayed here several times on journey to and from Italy. Value for money, dog friendly and always meets expectations. Helpful that there is a restaurant next door and hotel users get a discount!!!
