Used Chelles for one night before going to Disney. When we pulled up there was a man climbing in the bins. Drive through at McDonald’s took an hour and it was still wrong order, TWICE.
Drove to supermarket and it was chaos in the car park. Would not return to the area.

The cleaning in the room could have been done better.
The cleaning in the room could have been done better. There was mould in the bathroom, the toilets are stained badly. Looks like they are not clean. The smell coming from the carpet was similar to vomit. Not best stay. Breakfast was alright and service was quick at the reception.
Our first apartment wasn't comfortable (smell of tobacco, as it was near the smoking area) and we asked if we could get another room. The manager was very understanding. Even it was full, she found a nice apartment. We really appreciated it. It was comfortable, clean and with nice views.
It is really easy to get to Paris. Cheap travelling cost.
We will definitely stay there again.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room basic but well set up and very clean throughout. Hotel is budget, but perfectly good. Location is in a commercial district so not too many walkable amenities (excellent Chinese restaurant at the end of the road). Checkin simple. Ample parking. Breakfast available at very reasonable price. Room comfortable and quiet. All good.

the room was reasonable clean , would I stay again no but it done the job for us to get some sleep for two nights.
it seems like people do live in these studios so can be noisy and smelt of drugs

Loved the balcony and the view of the town, sunsets were amazing. It was a short walk to the train station going to Paris. And there’s places to buy things just downstairs if you need anything.
Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there.

Pretty large room in a small modern style hotel. It was basic but clean and had everything we needed for our break in Paris and Disneyland. The breakfast was continental style only but was good value and convenient. Free parking was also provided which was very useful.
very comfortable home for 6 adults, very nice owner who showed us everything and we could ask everything. we will for sure come back here next time we visit Disneyland Paris. (30 min. drive to the Park)
Our rooms were nice and cleaned every day, staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t order breakfast, we just really used the hotel to sleep in whilst we visited Disney and Paris.
I didn't recommend this hotel. No cleaning, no people in the reception. Treating gust not good. Always reception closed. One of the worst residencial hotel ever i have stayed .
Place way too far from Airport, although it said 6 miles from Airport it was more like 25.. no personal, no one to check you in , the entire hotel had no air conditioning,
