It’s good for one night.
Everything very clean.
Even though bathrooms are shared they were very clean.
Reception was a bit rude with me but not surprised coming from french people so it’s ok.

A real find - not very touristy. Very friendly.
A real find - not very touristy. Very friendly. Great old town with lots of restaurants. Excellent street market (Saturday). Brilliant base to explore the two parks , Chartreuse and Massif de Bauges.
Much better than tourist swamped Annecy (do day trip only and avoid weekends!).
Do not miss a walk up to Charmettes.

I didn't think the hotel was as easy to find as others have suggested. The underground parking is good..... HOWEVER YOU HAVE TO BOOK A SPACE BEFORE ARRIVAL. This is not highlighted on the Booking.com website

The town is wonderful.
The town is wonderful. Old stonehouses and also palaces and great administrative old buildings in baroque and classical styles. Surrounding mountains add to the views. Sadly you could see quite a lot drug users and homeless and unemployed people.

We were on our way to Les Arc to ski so needed a somewhere to stay overnight that was conveniently close to the motorway. The Chambery Ibis hotel ticked all the boxes and allowed us to continue our journey completely refreshed, at a very reasonable cost.

My husband left valuable jewellery in room by mistake ..
My husband left valuable jewellery in room by mistake .. after email and 3 phone calls he could not get any result.
We are still trying to have his property returned .. the receptionist keeps saying they do not speak English and tell him to phone back.
Very distressing.
The property was on the second floor of a unique historical building located in the walking area of Chambery where there were many restaurants, shops, and things to do. The suite was clean, nice and quiet. The shower was wonderful and the in room expresso machine was nice as well. It is self service check in etc which was a bit confusing but ok once we figured it out. We were able to talk with the housekeeper daily and get clean towels etc.
friendliness of staff was outstanding. atmosphere at breakfast very relaxed. I loved my view over the railway lines and with the mountains in the background. very quiet and peaceful night’s sleep. tv worked. position right in centre near the art gallery and station and the price was just about affordable. beautiful city. For me this was the outstanding hotel in a nine-day tour of Europe. thank you.
A beautifully laid out property right in the centre of Chambéry. The hosts were amazing and unbelievably helpful. The breakfast delicious and the whole thing was excellent value for money. The apartment itself was utterly charming and absolutely worth a visit. I cannot recommend enough; a real find. Also my husband parked in the hospital car park - it had underfloor heating and piped in music.
This is a very good hotel. The room was small, but clean and comfortable with a nice shower room and air conditioning. It's in the centre of town so there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice - we really liked the fact that there were plenty of local products on offer. There are several public carparks nearby.
This is my second time at Petit Hôtel, it is my pleasure to stay at this hotel, it is clean, nice, cozy, very special interior design, delicious food, great location, great services, lovely and friendly staff.
Thank you for making this hotel very special, and beautiful, merci Madam charlotte for your kindness. Hoping to come back soon…

The hotel and our room was very nicely decorated, the staff was super helpful, and the location is perfect close to lots of restaurants and in the middle of old town. It also has EV chargers. We can really recommend this place and would love to go there again!
The room and bathroom were really modern, clean and with some nice fancy forniture.
The hotel is located 5 min walk from city center and staff was friendly and helpful.
Nice continental breakfast in the morning and private parking behind the hotel.
Wow don't hesitate to book this hotel I've stayed in some of the finest hotels worldwide paying up to £5k a night in my travels and I personally rate this now as one of the finest I've stayed in I didn't want to leave
Really comfortable, clean and well-situated apartment. Host is very friendly and helpful as well. Excellent value and near everything. Quieter than I'd anticipated, especially at night. Lovely place.
Standard ibis budget hotel, you know what you're getting. The guy on the front desk was so friendly and although I had two separate bookings for single nights I was able to keep the same room.
City centre Hotel - the old town is a two minute walk away. The hotel has an underground car park which is very handy too - breakfast is excellent with loads of choice.
On the way to South of France, the hotel was ideally situated not too far from the highway, while being calm enough to be able to sleep with the window open.
Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. In a strategic position near the entrance to the highways and only 10 minutes by car from the center of Chambery
