To call this a hotel - is questionable - it’s not it’s more like a hostel. The room was minimum with bunk beds - not super comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and the room has no bin so take a paper bag for your rubbish ! We asked for extra pillows - they threw these in our room and no pillowcases - so all up not a pleasant experience. The location was good - close to main shopping mall and the. Bus and train station a five minute walk away.
If you want super basic - that’s what you get - I think it is priced way to high for what you get - and booking.com this should be listed as a hostel no hotel - sorry booking.com you got this one wrong !!
COWOOL Cergy, offers a variety of unique studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Located in Cergy-Pontoise, guests are just outside the centre of Paris. A fitness room is available on site.
Cheap. Very small and basic with a non requested extra bunk making room feel even smaller. Toilet seat was broken. The wash basin was not clean. Room very dilapidated with rusty stained fittings. Was ok to stop one night so close to Paris.

This is the one of the best hotels l have stayed in recent months, and the most cost competitive of the lot. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming and truly care for their clients. The rooms are very clean and great with nice views. The hotel is located in an area with easy access to shops including a supermarket. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a very good hotel at a very good price.

During my stay I enjoyed my visit to Axe Majaure ,fontanes mall and there after to Paris historical sites. The meals at the Tacos restaurants were good . I also found it easy to move from the airport direct to Cergy by bus and then to Paris by RER train.
This is fantastic value for money in apartments that are part of a retirement home. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, with wonderfully helpful staff. A below ground secure garage is great to put your car as you make use of the fact that Cergy Prefecture station is 5-10 minutes away and takes you directly to Chatelet-les Halles in Central Paris. The balcony is also nice to have. This really beats a budget hotel. A bit more expensive but it feels like you are in a home rather than a room. The shower is excellent top.
This apartment is very close (5 minutes walk) to Cergy Le Hunt train station which is very well connected to central Paris. Also well connected to International Airport by changing the train at Chatelet Les Halles or by bus at Auber or Cergy prefecture. This saves lots of money instead of staying in central Paris. Supermarkets are very close just within walkable distance.
Friendly employees, clean and big room, everything exceeded my expectations. Free coffee in the room, slippers and other consumables. The hotel is near a train station, only 9-10 minutes on walking to RER A, which was a really good decision. In addition to the fact that the train reaches the city center, it also goes directly to Disneyland.
the hotel was very modern and clean. I loved that they offered free croissants and coffee each morning and there was a 24 hour cafe machine in the lobby. also loved that each door had codes instead of cards. The beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to a market, entertainment facility and electronic store.
The neighborhood is going under major renovation. Construction works start at 07:00 am and there is cement dust all over. Management has not invested in this hotel for a long time (maybe they want to "kill" it. Fortunately, staff is agreeable and do their best to please you.
This is an nursing home turned hotel. The ambiance is a bit weird to tell you the truth, and there is no pool even if it is listed in the photos. I was told that I would get a refund when I cancelled on the spot, but they did not refund me for my stay. Terrible place.
The hotel was conveniently located in a large mall with plenty of different stores and restaurants. The entry to the hotel and rooms is made easy using a 6-digit code and they also provide gated parking. The view from the room provided for gorgeous sunsets!
Rooms were very clean, they provided water bottle daily. Location was great especially lots of parking spaces and nearby shopping mall and port area. Breakfast was good overall. The hotel is in a safe area near universities. The staff was very friendly.
Common areas are nicely decorated
Good wifi
Free secured parking
5-min walk to Cergy-Port which is nice and quaint (pubs, restaurants & cute little marina)
10-15 min walk to a mall
