This hotel is one of my favorites in Spain. The location is amazing because of the view and because it’s away from the noise of the city The customer service is excellent and the breakfast is always great. I highly recommend this stay.

It was very chic, with an intimate feeling . The rooms were not small but they felt cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast came quickly. The coffee, tea and fruit salad were perfect. great wheat bread and croissants.
The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
We will definitely stay there when we come back tomorrow Bordeaux.

We stayed here again (just one night) on our return trip to the UK last Friday and they were again very welcoming and in fact upgraded our room this time. The room was very comfortable with a nice view and very quiet. We would hope to stay there again on our next visit.
The hotel is easily accessible from the main route north around Bordeaux and is dog friendly!
The receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival.
The room was clean and had the necessary facilities.
The underground car parking was secure although it was difficult to enter and exit with the car, especially when the car park lights did not illuminate when we entered with our car for the first time.
The location is good for travellers, close to the highway. There is a free outside/open car parking. The rooms are sound proof, so even though the hotel was full we dis not hear anyone on the corridors. The beds and pillows were perfect! Spotless clean. Most of the breakfaat products were French, which we appreciate very much. There was bio yogurte.
Breakfast was ok just a bit slow on replenishing the food.
The hotel was new so everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The lady receptionist when we arrived was lovely and went above and beyond to help us, she even ordered us a pizza delivery because we got there late.
Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was closed and secure. Room comfortable and clean. Is a family friendly hotel (that can be a good and bad thing). Recently open, so everything was new.
Hotel well located just few min from the motorway. Perfect for a stopover!
Staff is super friendly and hotel conditions are good.
Breakfast is nice, with some variety of sweet and salty.
well managed hotel. personnel very attentive. impeccably clean. good parking. good breakfast. comfy beds. calm even though close to major thoroughfares. excellent value.
Nice and completely new hotel. Warm full and had what is needed for short stays. Very convenient for those travelling by car (either standard roads or highway)
like all ace hotels it is clean, parking is easy - unfussy, breakfast is decent and the beds are good (unlike the rocks or sponges that Accor seem to use)
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing special to be said about the hotel, but it was fine for a one-night stopover.
