We stayed here again (just one night) on our return trip to the UK last Friday and they were again very welcoming and in fact upgraded our room this time. The room was very comfortable with a nice view and very quiet. We would hope to stay there again on our next visit.

What struck me was that this hotel was thought out on systems first. Instead of top down imitations which is what other hotels do.
Eg Every traveler needs food: low price breakfast, a short but excellent menu for food during the day and night. Having staff on 24/7 to fix the meal for you. Superb thinking.
like all ace hotels it is clean, parking is easy - unfussy, breakfast is decent and the beds are good (unlike the rocks or sponges that Accor seem to use)
