Location is excellent, right in the middle of Rouen, Parking in the hotel's underground car park was good, lovely room, very good breakfast, when we arrived, we couldn't find how to get to the car park, a lovely receptionist wrote on a piece of paper a very detailed route of how to get there, she was so helpful

Loved the design and ambience of this friendly hotel, well placed to visiting the sites of Rouen. Wish we could have stayed a second night. My wife raved about the huge swimming pool. This is a hotel as hotels should be.
