I was an english speaker, during summer, checking into a Hotel in Bobigny, a mostly residential inner city surburb. The staff was helpful and patient. Checking in was easy. the keys were pre-readied on a card with my name on it. The hotel has a coded gate so some security. My room was decent size and though it wasnt a regular wardrobe, it did the job of keeping my clothes and items. the bed and pillow were very comfortable. the bathroom and shower were big enough. The air conditioner was working and the TV was big enough. the metro station is 8 minutes away by foot and there is also a tram station. there is a pharmacy near the metro station. Staff were friendly and understood basic english. The cleaners were also respectful. The metro is M5 and is on the same line as Gare Nord.

Breakfast was quite good. The location is not good as the flea market is so close that causes the smell on roads. The hotel was good but I came from Finland where we used to have bathrooms and toilets in one room but here sink is in the room and toilet is separate from bathroom.
In the last I would say that if you are come to paris in budget then this hotel is the best option.

It’s a financially challenged part of Paris. The people we freindly. Transport was served by the trams which seemed to be very frequent. The station serving the hotel is out of action, but the walk between stops is usually only a few hundred yards (metres). This connected the hotel to the centre of Paris in about 40 mins using T1 tram and line 13 on the Paris Underground. Maybe the poor underground maps helped confuse the Germans during world war 2, but they hardly pass any useful directions to first time visitors. Avoid asking police, taxi drivers? Bus drivers for directions as they all come from outside the city and don’t know the city?

The hotel was clean and tidy with parking (Paid) and close to the motorway. The breakfast was disappointing and limited. The area ( 5 min Walk to the metro)was intimidating and we did not feel safe. The staff spent more time talking with other than tending to the customers and the music was loud. One of life's experiences... would give this one a miss

There is a small Indian vegetarian restaurant with 15 seating (i would rather refer it as Chaat corner) nearby the RER station.
The food is great with price as low as you pay in India. Try it and you will be amazed.
Host is very approachable. Place is lovely and very clean. Very comfortable bed. We loved the duvet! Microwave, washing machine (with one soap pod), tea&coffee for first day.
Quiet neighborhood, for a well deserved sleep after visiting the city.
Easy access with bus, tram and Metro. We saw Paris from different sides!
Local boulangerie and restaurants are not as overpriced as in centre.
We recommend this place very much!
While Bobigny is not the most beautiful district, it did allow us to spend a few days in Paris without worrying about exorbitant parking charges or a Crit'Air sticker. The cul-de-sac always seemed to have parking spaces and we didn't have to move our car once we arrived. Facilities in the apartment were OK. Despite the negative observations below, remember - this is Paris and this apartment IS really good value
Actually this is my first time to stay in this hotel at Paris, the welcome was very good from Yassien, he was very helpful and very nice person, and Sati as well, she is very kind person and answered all my questions in proficiency, totally difference then Rania unfortunately, by the end my best to regards Maria, the sweetest lady that I met.
I have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time now. The place is a little bit far from the center but it's easy to get by bus and train. The rooms are clean, the beds are not super comfy but is a good value. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in low budget hotels, good variety and quality of food + good price.
" Amazing " superb clean place, friendly host, comfortable bed, and calm place. Great home accommadation experience, near to center Paris, the apartment just next to the metro station. We are satisfied with the price value and will definitely be back again.
I like the cleanliness and safety for personal belongings.
And one think you must change is the behavior of the housekeeping some time they are rude in replying.

The breakfast was very nice we really enjoyed the fresh orange juice the hotel offered. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also the hotel is very near to the metro station.
The location was good considering you want to stay away from the chaos of Paris inner area, it’s quiet and there are some 24h options for food right next door.
