It’s a nice hotel to spend a few days relaxing by the pool before flying home unless you have a car there’s not much around the hotel. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants 5 mins walk from hotel .They do run a shuttle bus to the airport .
All of the staff was amazing -they were very accomodating and helpful for all of my needs, and did their best to navigate the language difference.
I also enjoyed the pool and the bar-they were nice diversions.
I wish I had the opportunity to take advantage of the restaurant and spa -but my schedule didn't allow that.
The best part was how close it was to Basel airport -literally minutes away with a free shuttle!
Everything. The apartment was great. Big, excelent decoration, super cozy, full of little details: wine, cookies, juice, coffee, tea.. The host was extremely nice and even brought a new hairdryer when ask her for one! As for the location, super quite residential area really really close to the Basel airport!
We stayed at this hotel on the way going and the way back from Italy as it is very close to the border with Switzerland. The apartments are large with a big living with kitchen and with big bed rooms. Beds are comfy and all necessities are provided both in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel has very nice amenities right on the property including an indoor pool, spa, gym , bar and restaurant. We needed a hotel close to the airport. This place was perfect for that. They even provide free shuttle service.
The hotel was located near the airport. They had a good enough spread for breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and offered us free airport shuttle at 4:30 am which was very helpful. The rooms are a good size and the hotel is clean.
Very close to Basel airport. Clean rooms. Easy check in process. We only stayed there to sleep so didn’t explore the facilities further - but everything looked very nice. Lots of free outdoor parking available too!
If you are without car, not worth it.
It costed me 60 chf from Basel airport to the hotel and 25 euro from the hotel back to the airport.
